I do not, lol, their is a indescribable difference between the two. Spiritual can be so many different ways of living, perceptions, beliefs ... Religion is turning it into a guiding light, or a group subject that you try and get others to see ..

Virgo for sure! Did you know Michelle Duggar is a Virgo and she's very religious. So is Mother Teresa. They take their religion seriously and can be quite rigid. My mom has a 12th house Virgo stellium and she had a rigid/dogmatic phase. Didn't last. Most 12th house stuff doesn't.

12th teaches all is temporary.

Spirituality is usually linked with Neptune and therefore Pisces, while more zealous religious behavior is linked with Sagittarius/Jupiter. (I believe I first read that Sag part in a Sag section in Love Signs by Linda Goodman.)

I have Neptune conjunct Jupiter in Sagittarius. I also have Venus exactly conjunct Uranus in the 9th house so I am all about higher learning and spiritual matters. My Mercury conj Pluto in the 8th is what attracts me to more hidden knowledge.

My mother has a Pisces Sun and Virgo Moon and she's religious with fanatic tendencies.

Well, a lot of things can be considered spiritual, so.

But, I think the most spiritual signs would have to be any of the water signs, plus Sagittarius.

My opinion is based off my experiences and myself.
