Low self confidence, asserting myself is hard because of cautiousness, low self esteem, self critical of appearance, cannot accept that i won't look perfect. Is there anything good about this placement at all? Plus i'm not organised even as a virgo moon because too much neptune involved in my chart. IP: Logged |

Ill tell you the best things about moon in virgo.
Most of the top 20 richest people in the world has either virgo sun or moon.also it makes for a great intellect in general, yes they do have their hangups about details, but a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link right? it can make people overanalyze certain things but it dosen't go hand in hand with low confidence etc. my friend has a virgo moon but sun in saggitarius and i think that makes him more confident, i also know a guy with virgo moon and aries sun and he has no apparent confidence issues either, and their both very bright which i think the moon has lended them. NeptunianSag, I so get this. I have Virgo ASC opposite 7H Pisces Moon. I am too accepting of others; yet, way too self critical. My Mars ain't so hot either. It is in Taurus AND retrograde.------------------

We CARE, more than others people do - for better or for worse. I'm still not a big fan of my virgo moon but i've been trying to work on my emotional self and learning to be comfortable with my emotional expressions and how to articulate them in an emotional way instead of a intellectual way. I highly recommend that - learn how to just sit within an emotion instead of feel like it should be directed towards some practical use. Like i said, i'm not necessarily good at it, but even just recognizing that it was issue helped me out a lot.Then again my virgo moon is almost a singleton in my chart so that might make it easier for me to ignore it, plus I have 4 planets in fire that probably override it. I'm a virgo moon with mars in cancer. Very low self esteem here too. I've been told I sit hunched in a ball like I am trying to hide! With Mars in Cancer, I hate the thought of any type of confrontation...with the low self esteem I have, I just wouldn't be able to defend myself to the best of my ability. Not sure what men with virgo moon would want, but I like my partner to be clean and take pride in his appearance (although vain is a turn off for me). Good manners go a long way with me, and I like confidence and self assertion (but not arrogance).

My dad is a Virgo moon. My mom is a cap moon. He usually does the cleaning and practical things. My mom is very pretty, kind-hearted and successful. I wouldn't call her a perfectionist though. They've been together since they were 14 and 15IP: Logged |

I have a Virgo moon. I used to be critical of myself and always trying to be perfect in different ways or find ways to improve how I look. I learned that people are flawed and that's what makes them perfect in a screwed up unique way. I do over analyze things a lot, especially when I'm upset. My north node is opposite my moon so I suspect a part of my path I have to learn is how to go with the flow and let go of things, I'm trying. One thing I have noticed, is that, when I'm upset and expressing my moon I'm very detailed. I've been told I "lawyer" people by bringing up and showing details as evidence. I have an excellent memory as well. I'm a Gemini sun so it's easy to make my moon and sun happy in a balanced way by just studying and learning astrology. I've got neptune in my 6th house so I'm definitely not the most neat person either. IP: Logged |

I cant say this for sure but i definitely see it....I have a 12th house virgo moon, ive always stressed and struggled with accepting emotions and believing i fit in anywhere, never feeling wanted or understood has always been an issue....being overly critical of myself to the point in my mind i questioned everything i said to others and i judged it as wrong and worried what they thought or how i came across. It was hard to believe anyone liked me because i didnt feel likable.
In my chart i have almost no water, scorpio Uranus and NN, thats it, my only earth placement is unaspected virgo moon in 12th...emotions have been a struggle all my life. Spent years like this, i worked on my feelings, accepting myself but made only small head way with it. iQ ran numerology on me and pointed out how destructive my name energy was and was making it very hard if not impossible for the positives of my birthday number 27 to be seen.
Ok so i change my name....the day my name is sworn in, has some really nice aspects to my chart, but its more air signs....which i dont need, i need some water so i have some freak'n emotions so i can feel something other than guilt, criticism and perfectionism! The day i change my name, it starts.....i get teary over sweet things, little things i dont normally feel have a major effect on me.
Within a few days my daughter tells me she doesnt even want to hug me or say she loves me because she says i get teary eyed and she doesnt know if thats good or bad, lol, she says shes never seen me like that and says its just really strange and askd what was wrong with me!
I cant believe it either....i feel everything in a way ive never felt before!!! I feel emotionally ALIVE for he 1st time in my life!! At that moment i have no idea what to base these new feelings on except maybe the energy of the new name? But i dont think the new name is going to make me cry at all the sweet commercials and break my heart when the i see the anything thats hurting. UNTIL......I run a composite chart with my natal chart and the sworn in date/time for my new name.... Sun/Venus/Merc conjunct in Scorpio, also scorpio AC sitting on my natal Scorpio NN(how karmic is that?) and Scorpio Pluto
Moon/Mars conjunct in Cancer
Capricorn Uranus and Neptune conjunct 1 degree
Virgo Saturn sitting on my natal Virgo Moon(again very karmic) Cancer Moon, does it get any more emotional...well maybe Pisces? I seem to have a lot easier time with emotions now, i care about myself just as much as i care about others(very unusual for Virgo mooners) but not in a bad way, its in a way that allows me to communicate without judging everything i say.....its like this huge condemnation has been lifted and i can be a somewhat normal person now!
Im having to learn to deal with emotions though, so i dont break down and cry during the Humaine Society commercials or when my daughter does something sweet, she gets embarrassed.
Its new and im having to learn how to handle it in a less obvious way so my daughter will quit rolling her eyes and shaking her head at me! LOL I realize now im not over thinking everything because now i have emotions to, they are huge and are meant to help navigate us, but virgo doesnt give us that....we know somethings missing but without ever knowing emotions we dont have a clue what it is we are missing!!! Im not telling you to run out and change your name, but please do! LOL
Check the composite chart for dates that will give you some emotional strength, for me it has balanced out what is lacking in my natal chart!
Its been 3 months and my new name energy isnt fully in swing yet, but everyday things seem to get easier, some long time battles ended almost immediately and i feel so much emotionally freed!!
I know its got to be the combination of the added water energy and the positive name energy together, i cant wait for my name energy to be fully on me! iQ verified you would have a new layer of energy added to you, once you adopted the new name energy, the energy of the new name chart(for me it was when it was sworn in, iQ said the day you file the paperwork is important also esp making sure theres not a merc retrograde or horribly bad aspects to your natal) is going to become part of your energy. Probably kind of like the way your progressed planets affect you, they don't negate your natal chart but the energy is a layer that has an affect on the natal planets.
He did an amazing job helping me find the right name energy, hes way beyond helpful and very patient to, because i had a thousand questions!

Funny thing about the organizing and having to be perfect....i used to stress and couldnt have fun until everything was clean and in order, couldnt go out unless i was all put together! Now i can say..oh, it will still be here tommorrow for me to clean, whats one day? Then i go do something fun with my kids and dont think about it again! I love it

I'm only at odds with my Virgo Moon due to its nature to serve more than speak. Otherwise, it's like having another thinking entity in you, and that's a pretty good thing. I don't know if what PeterPan said is true or not, but I could believe it. I've got my Vanguard account set up. With regard to confidence, I can have it or not. I'm pretty self-assured. I clean up well, know how to dress, etc., in order to look decent. I'm not the greatest small talker despite Virgo Moon or Gemini Rising. I can get up on stage to play music, sing, or perform improvisational comedy acting. I've met three fellow LindaLanders that don't live in my area. In other words, I am quiet, but not shy or afraid of interaction. I don't trust my emotions in general, and keep them fairly suppressed. I have Mars in Scorpio. I guess that's normal. I am super hard on myself when it comes to artistic endeavors. I wish I could be less critical there. Generally, I have better than average artistic skills because of this perfectionism, but I'd probably be a music star if I didn't hold myself back so much. I also don't think I'm a charmer. I think some people will naturally like me and others won't, and I'm ok with that. I do like to have fun, and if I'm able to do that with someone, that's great. I'm not going to go out of my way to impress people, though. Nor am I likely to be impressed by a person trying to show off. Organization can be relative. Perhaps your Sagittarian mind isn't satisfied by its definition of organization, but I wouldn't be surprised if you were very capable of organizing. I have a Sag stellium, and I'm naturally on the messy side with my things. However, when it comes to systems of organization, I'm very capable of it. For instance, I'd like to get a document scanner, and keep on top of all of our paperwork by cataloging it on the computer. That would be a fun challenge, and I'd derive satisfaction from doing it. I don't know how old you are, but you might benefit from concentrating more on the present moment than concerning yourself with the past or the future. Who you are isn't set in stone.
