i got jack daniels too baby.
and i lovvveee me some JD. i did shots of it on my 21st with my dad LOL.
im into whiskey, i HATE red wine and i enjoy a nice medium beer. nothing too dark or nothin too light. i usually get a bud or bluemoon draft when i go out for dinner (low key).
another thing i love is some ginger ale and southern comfort. if i want to get party drunk, ill get me some cheap vodka, distill it through my brita again (lol) and just take a few shots at a time.
i can tell you about this one time i went to a birthday party at a friends house. i brought a bag full of clothes and stuff because i was sleeping over, then as we were sitting down around a campfire, i whip out a shot glass and a bottle of JD and just down a few like nothing was happening LOL good times.
if it wasnt so early in the AM id make myself a drink... ------------------

Ha ha. It only fits on a superficial level for me. I have Saturn in Cancer and 11th, so although I may know a lot of people and I'm capable of being sociable and likable, it's not like people are "addicted" to my personality, lol. And there are plenty of people who get to see my very un-sweet side and may or may not care for it. If they've brought out that side in me, chances are pretty good that they're not going to find me quite so likable. But that never happens with my friends. I'm pretty loyal, but very picky.

I'm too lazy now to read the whole thread so...am I the only person on this planet who has never tried a black coffee?  I've drank cappuccino like twice and sometimes I would drink a coffee substitute (with a lot of milk) when I was a child, that's it.When it comes to alcohol, I haven't tried many types. Anyway, I like wine and it's the only alcohol I drink actually, at least currently. I can go without it for months though. I remember I found baileys irish cream quite tasty when I tried it. I don't like coffee, unless it's so swamped in flavouring and sugar, that it no longer tastes like coffee.  I prefer tea - Constant Comment, English Breakfast, etc. Tulsi can be okay, though I hardly remember to drink it (it's supposed to be good for the skin).Alcohol: Not keen on alcohol either. I like rum-type drinks, and fruity drinks - the fruity ones are my favourite, but all alchol screws up my stomach. I haven't tried much else. Gemini Moon and Venus, 7th or 8th house. IP: Logged |

I like cappuccinos, and I prefer some sort of cream or milk in my coffee, although I've been drinking it black lately for some reason. Yeah, I'm not a huge alcohol connoisseur either. I like beer, and I like darkish beers, and I'm not overly familiar with different types of cocktails. Like a few of you have mentioned, the wrong type of wine will make me feel sick, so I'm kinda picky about wine. But I still don't know that much about it, lol. I know a lot more about coffee and beer than I do different types of alcohol.

I like cocktails (!), just not the "creamy" ones like White Russian, kahlua etc. but colorful drinks like Tequila Sunrise, Southern Comfort, Passionfruit/Strawberry Daiquiri and so on, yum!I also like to drink tea - feels really soothing  I'm not a big fan of coffee though (too bitter), but I love smell of fresh made coffee. As for my preferences:
coffee: with so much milk, that I hesitate calling it coffee sometimes; Usually without sugar, but there are exceptions
alcohol:
I donīt really care for alcohol. Not that I am against it, I just don`t like most of it.
If I am enjoying something alcoholic it would be something like a Pina Colada, sugary, sweet, with cream and something that tastes rich, so the alchohol doesn`t come thruogh too clearly.
I like Baileyes as well, Irish Coffee and the likes. Other than that I remember drinking red champagne with sugar crust during a musical visit of "Dance of the vampires", which tasted really good
But I don`t really like beer nor wine or the other usual suspects.

I don't drink alcohol, never consumed any.
But that's probably due to my strict/conservative family upbringing lol.
Though I am willing to try it out in the future, just for the experience of it with a few trusted friends, and nothing too extreme/hardcore, just something light and easy. As for my coffee I like it to be strong and rich, with as little milk as possible and fairly sweetened, with lots of cream on top and a light drizzle of maple syrup (yes, I'm Canadian lol)

I love the smell of coffee brewing, too. It smells good and it's comforting to me, if I'm upset. LOL at the vodka convincing you you can dance. I was really happy to make the acquaintance of a Margarita, New Year's Eve 2011.

Ugh. I wish I could stay away from sugar! Apparently, my Neptune/sun/moon T-square just has to have *something* to be addicted to.  I was a vegetarian before I got pregnant, but wow did I crave the meat after that!
