If considering "universal" signs rather than synastry (though it strikes me as unrealistic to do so) then I'd go with 6H Eros.

Eros in the 6H has a good rep this way and a Pisces Eros is supposed to be an erotic chameleon so I'd think this placement would give the person an acute ability to read people intuitively (including unspoken likes and dislikes, their current moods, etc) to match themselves both perfectly & capably to all the varied tastes, styles, and desires out there (which not only vary person to person but even day by day for most people). 'Course other placements might make it so such a person doesn't care to please so that it's wasted. Best to stick with synastry, IMO (especially if you're looking for more than just sex).
