Do you think any aspects show this? My virgo moon in the 11th trine neptune in the 3rd, i get anxiety when i'm around people most of the time. Libra rising + cancer mars makes me afraid of meeting new people because i'm such a people pleaser. Also all my afflicted neptune scares me because i never know if to trust negative illusions/bad vibes from people.

I can be like that too sometimes, despite being a Leo ASC lol

I think its my Moon/Mars in Cancer near the 12th house

Also these aspects might play a role as well:
Sun in Virgo opposite Saturn in Pisces
Venus in Libra square Uranus/Neptune in Capricorn

Depends what you have anxiety towards...Cancer and Virgo are the most anxiety prone though, in my observation! Pisces or Taurus for third place.

I get super nervous and often-times over-think when meeting new people are trying new things like learning to drive. I get stomach aches and my stomach will even start to burn a little as if i have heartburn. My voice gets shaky and high-pitched almost. Furthermore, my body starts to tremble. It's VERY obvious to the people around me when I'm nervous or scared. I have Uranus as well as Saturn opposite my Cancer sun and mercury, Saturn sextile ASC in Pisces and moon in Scorpio and Saturn opposite Jupiter and a Virgo DSC.

I don't like large crowds either. I have 11H Saturn in Cancer, 7H Moon I Pisces opposite Virgo Ascendant. I really wish I could afford to get back on Zoloft. It really helped with the anxiety & depressive bouts. That damn moon o' mine makes it hard to block out other peoples moods.

I'm the same, pisces lilith in the 11th, 5th house pisces. What makes it worse, pluto in scorpio on midheaven, and neptune too, and neptune on ascendant in libra. Think i'm doomed to be anxious for the rest of my life.

Sun conjunct Kaali 1st
Moon conjunct Neptune 2nd
Saturn in Cancer 3rd
