Scorpio for analyzing people's responses and messing with their mind, psychologically. For revenge too.

Maybe Virgo because they seem like they would do something like to also analyze people's responses, but not for any malicious reasons.

My friend with a Virgo moon (Taurus sun) dated a Virgo guy for a year. Found out he lied about his age, and his background. They met at work and shortly after he cheated and broke up with her he got married to the girl he cheated on her with.

My other friend dated a Virgo, and they broke up and he went psycho, stalking her, so much that she got a restraining order.

The Virgo moon girl I mentioned above exagerrates a lot herself.

My Virgo sun friend I'm pretty sure exaggerates or likes to "gloss" over speed bumps in her life, so to anyone on the outside her life looks ROSY.

To be fair, I've known several Virgos of the more insecure persuasion who do this, only because they feel the need to keep up appearances. You know that underneath they are really really seething inside. I usually actually just feel sorry for them more than anything (perhaps because I too am a Virgo, and understand our deficiencies better than anyone).

And also, to be fair, there probably have been times (or moments really) that I have glossed over difficulties in my life, mostly because I either A) didn't want to burden others with the difficult troubles I was facing and the emotions that go along with that or B) because I simply didn't want to talk about it- explaining everything would have made me feel worse.

This is *exactly* my point. Great post.

The Virgos that I'm referencing were very insecure about who they were and they definitely wanted to 'keep face' and keep up a certain social standing. So they lied and lived DOUBLE LIVES.

I do also believe that some Leos exaggerate things often. Pisces can create 'fantasies' too, of course.

Is that so different from all the guys who claim to be special forces or some other testosterone fantasy? They're often treated as jokes by everyone else as they're so often over the top about it but I've encountered quite a few over the years despite that I usually avoid the violent video game sites and such where they tend to post the most.

I recall reading of a woman (she was the one who wrote it, btw) who faked being Far East Asian (as a white girl) just to see how a guy with "the fever" would react when she showed up instead...but when he was polite she lost all respect for him for being spineless when he should've been mad and left. I guess she just found it funny to get guys mad and when she failed to rattle him she got upset herself. I had a low opinion of her but she did it more as a mean prank.

The saddest are those who felt they were born in the wrong bodies or such...I've actually heard of I think 3 women who felt they were "gay men in women's bodies" who pretended to be gay men seeking online romances with gay men...and that never ended well (in at least one case she'd somehow conned a gay man into entering an engagement with her without them even having met!). I have no idea what that's about (would like to). (Btw, Anne Rice once said she wrote as "a gay man writing in a woman's body," though she never impersonated one online that I know of.)

That said, the Pisces lied about having a job and when he had a job lied about the kind of job he had. But again, I've met some Pisces who lied about every single thing. It's almost pathological for these two I met. I'm sure the others aren't that bad!

The Gemini lied about his entire life including his face (online). The other lied about having a job and also about his job when he had one.

Scorpios can do it (because I'm a Scorpio so I would know) but only if they're seeking revenge for something really really bad.
