I have a 2nd & 3rd in Gemini which indicates a possible income with writing, but what can indicate book publication or any form of writing publishing in the natal chart. I know it has something to do with Gemini or Sagittarius.

I read on a vedic site that jupiter in the 5th could indicate that.

maybe check where your jupiter is, and where your 9th house ruler is?

yeah publishing is definitly a 9th house thing, SAG, jupiter its aspects

jupiter/saturn hard aspects gives delayed publishing

My Jupiter is in Virgo so is my Venus. Virgo rules my 6th house which I hear is the house of work. 2nd& 3rd in Gemini. Sagittarius rules both my 8th and 9th house. Capricorn rules my Midheaven. Capricorn is my midheaven, north node, moon, uranus, neptune.

My fifth is in Leo! Jupiter is in my 6th though.

I sent some stuff out and they got published in some literary magazines but no money off of them yet. I'm going back to school soon to get my MFA in Creative Writing. I wrote a manuscript and I am beginning to think I should send it out. I'm desperate for money, and I'm exploiting whatever I feel I may be good at. I do think I have an affinity for writing for sureeeeeeeee.

I have a few publications, but they are all research and academic related since I am a student.

I have Jupiter in 5th and 9th house ruled by Virgo. Mercury is also the ruler of my 6th house. I also have mercury trine jupiter, mercury conjunct mc, mercury conjunct venus.

You must have strong 9th House aspects. You can write until you're blue in the face, but if you don't have strong aspects to the 9th house or Jupiter aspecting the 10th House or 10th House ruler, the publishing thing may not happen.

Also, having the MC (10th House) in Sagittarius can also compel publishing energies within the career.

My chart ruler (well, one of them) is in the 9th, Sag is on the MC, and my Neptune in the 9th aspects my Moon (sextile), Mercury (sextile), Venus (square), ascendant line (square), Jupiter in the 1st (square and mutual reception), Saturn (quincunx), and Pluto (sextile). I've had poetry published 3 times, and continue to try and get more out there.
