Oh good I forgot to ask...is he outright psychic? 12H Scorpio Pluto trine 3H Pisces Mercury ...He must be able to articulate things that are almost subconscious, both within himself and others. The 8H Cancer moon could strengthen and round out this ability, especially when he's calm (and that Mars isn't drowning out his perceptions.)
The moon also pulls in signals from Neptune-Uranus, but I'm wondering if Venus, squaring those oppositions, "pays the price"...that is, perhaps he has a hard time loving people when he sees them as vividly as he does, or he might even feel like others are an extension of himself because he can know them so well...which makes "intimacy" as most people know it almost besides the point. He's already intimate with whomever he gets to know; he can feel them and let them know they are felt just by speaking (3H Mercury again.)
But this almost supernatural ability can make friendship very tricky or burdensome (Aqua Saturn) and he may devise ways of staying aloof that are merely his own inventions. He might even lie just to get people off his back when he sees no other alternative.
This plays in with his Leo Chiron feeling overly in demand but conflicted about how to interact with people on the mundane, ego level where most people operate. Perhaps he senses that if he lets people persuade him to see himself on this grand scale, his spirituality will suffer (9H)...but on the other hand, his Venus needs that kind of ego-stroking and his 7H/SN in Gemini feels nourished by it. Moon-Mars also needs action and physical expression, so his sexuality is probably a fiery poetic kind of thing that, while amazing in its own right, doesn't really match up with the kind of soul-touching he is capable of. It's like he has two different kinds of passion, masculine and feminine, fire and water, and he's trying to make them cooperate.
Well that was probably too long, sorry, but I got pulled into this chart, as I imagine a lot of people get pulled into him.
Really interesting chart.
