I always seem to guess the Moon position more clearly in photos than the Sun sign position.

The Moon in Virgo is the consummate professional and shies away from anything that may detract from that.

The Moon position is also very obvious in the photos.

He gives off a strong Libran vibe. I'm guessing its coz his Mars is conjunct Pluto in Libra but he seems very aware of what he projects and pays attention to feedback.

But, at the same time, I don't see Libra /Taurus Ascending.

I feel that I have to add that the Moon can never be overestimated when it comes to someone's physical appearance.

Too many times I can guess someone's ascendant sign- only to find that this is their Moon sign position.
