I think when a transit comes on the point where we already have a "red line" meaning a challenge/square/opposition it awakens it and makes it that much stronger, so I would be careful. Take a look at where your Saturn and Jupiter are in the natal chart to get a clue of what part of your life would be affected. Also keep in mind that Saturn is a slow moving planet, so this transit will last 6 months or so. here is my example: I have a Pluto opp Sun/Mars/Venus natally. Last year I had transit Saturn come "on" that Pluto making a conjunction and opposing my Sun/Mars/Venus. and that was unbearable!!!! It was so much pressure at work, building slowly and over time, until Transit Mars didn't join Pluto and Saturn and it was an explosion of energy. It is a long story, but it was NOT a pleasant transit. Another thing is, Saturn's transits are not easy, and you will feel them. Good news: you CAN overcome it. I did overcome my Saturn transit by self discipline and free will.. but be prepared. all the best SandraIP: Logged |

^^I agree it all depends on how strong Jupiter is in your chart, and what other aspects it makes. Personally though, I think if you already have the same aspect natally, Saturn transits can be a sort of "test" as to how well you've dealt with them so far.. Which can be good or bad of course. Are you also having your Saturn return then? I had this transit recently though and it was rough.. Jupiter and Saturn are both strong in my chart (Saturn rules my Sun, Jupiter rules my Moon, I have Sun conjunct Saturn and Moon trine Jupiter) In general there was a lot of disillusionment and it was hard to stay optimistic. Jupiter is in my 2nd house, money became an issue, I've completely started to re-think my long term goals when it comes to being financially independent, etc. So yeah I would look at the house Jupiter is in and the house it rules IP: Logged |

Thank you for the advice! I hate Saturn transits. I'm a cap rising, so that really doesn't help...ugh. quote: Personally though, I think if you already have the same aspect natally, Saturn transits can be a sort of "test" as to how well you've dealt with them so far.. Jupiter isn't very strong in my chart, but Saturn is. I have a retrograde Saturn in Scorpio, which is my chart ruler. Technically, my Saturn Return doesn't begin until October 2014. However, my entire 20s so far has felt like one long Saturn Return. The only way my Saturn Return could be worse than what I have previously experienced is if I die. IP: Logged |

Well they say Saturn dominant people tend to age in reverse and life gets easier as time passes. What houses are your Jupiter and Saturn in? IP: Logged |

I have Jupiter in either the 1st or 2nd house depending on the site I go to. It trines Mercury and squares Saturn. I have Saturn in Scorpio in the 10th house. It sextiles my moon and squares Jupiter. IP: Logged | |
