I'm water and fire void.
I also have Capricorn moon and dominant/heavy afflicted Saturn.
But that's not all.
Just recently I looked up natal chart (without birth time) of one of the most evil human beings in history and he had all personal planets in same signs like I do- Libra Sun- Mars -Mercury, Virgo Venus, Capricorn moon. Outer planets were different, but there is 100 years difference between us.
But I don't think I am bad person.
Is there something about myself I have yet to discover?

why would you think that about yourself? I'm pretty sure you're lovely and there are probably thousands of people out there who share personal planets with an "evil" person and have never done something bad in their life.
I find Moon in Capricorn people are just as sensitive as Moon in Cancer people. Both guard their feelings in different ways. Capricorn might be attracting ruthless people because they seem so hard and emotionless on the outside and because of that they will lose their belief in loyalty, friendship, love and kindness easier than a Moon in Cancer person. But that just goes to show you how truly emotionally receptive that placement is.

Plenty of serial killers and the like have shared a maternity ward with babies born at the same time and yet all those other babies didn't grow up to become serial killers.

There have been enough bad people throughout history for virtually everyone to share astrological aspects with at least one of them. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Wwell actually the only thing i see in your chart that could make you lack morals, empathy or emotions or do evil things would be mars-mercury as they somtimes think allot of voilent toughts and are very blunt and somtimes vulgar in their speaking but other than that you don't seem to have any scary placements. Actually if you look at the charts of serial killers they usually have lots of sagg or leo, or something unusal is going on with their jupiters, Allot of them have some virgo aswell, and so do many of the "wall street psycopaths" but i doubt virgo venus is enough to make you evil lol

I'd think a Libra Sun-Mars-Mercury conjunct person could make a pretty awesome lawyer or politician. Whether that will make you "horrible, uncaring monster" is up to you.
