I have neptune square my ascendant, i feel passive in life and people often misinterpret who i am. I sometimes get people asking me if something is wrong saying i look sad, but i feel the opposite - so i'm like huh? I wonder if this affects the appearance too, i have blue eyes and i look quite innocent and "soft" i've had people say i look lost/confused at times. Oh what a weird and confusing aspect it is.Neptune in the 1st - is this similar to ascendant aspects? I've heard this and i've known people with this aspect, they kind of give off movie star/character looks/vibes. IP: Logged |

I have Neptune in the 3rd and it also squares my Ascendant. I get A LOT of the time people asking if I'm sad or if something's wrong. I smile a lot and when I'm not people automatically assume that I'm sad or something. I have big brown eyesIP: Logged |

Neptune is in my third aswell, i find some people find it hard to understand me, i even had someone say "Your like an enigma" the other day and immediately thought of neptune lol.

I have neptune conjunct my ascendant and I feel like everyone I meet has a different idea of who I am, confusing to me as much as it is confusing to others. I also find that a lot of people tend to fall for me without even getting to know who I am, as if they are falling in love with some image of what they think I am. Eventually the fog dissipates when they realize I am not a final fantasy character which is why I tend to avoid people with illusory ideas about me.IP: Logged |

I find a lot of people assuming the worst of me and judging me without even knowing exactly who I am. They assume my sweetness and kindness are all jokes or not serious. A lot of people assume I'm stuck up or something which I'm not. IP: Logged |

Same here, in my case it's my jokes or humour which is taken the wrong way by people when i didn't intend harm to anybody. I find people too serious so i just avoid those types who take me seriously. IP: Logged |

I feel ya there too lol. My jokes are always taken pervertively lol. I have a very sarcastic humor and it makes me laugh even more when people don't catch on to it. I don't like people who try being sarcastic and aren't and instead are just plain a-holes. There's a huge difference. IP: Logged |

There was one time a lady asked me to help her open her umbrella. I tried but it was stuck so I returned it to her and was like "Sorry I think it's stuck". Then smiled and walked away. A friend of mine has this, conjunct her Scorpio ASC. She is very soft & spiritual in her approach & has a bit of that mystic/otherworldly glow.
She is great with being in touch with other people's feelings & issues though and people who don't grasp her intuitive side, do frown upon that at times.
The only thing is that she's highly sensitive to atmosphere & surroundings which makes it a bit tough at times. But overall I would say: wear your Neptune with pride  IP: Logged |

I also have Neptune in the 1st.. I can totally relate, everyone I meet always forms this idea in their mind of how I am supposed to be.. they usually view me as innocent & sweet.. It took me a looong time to figure out who I really was/wanted to be, I'm nowhere near as breakable as they think I am but apparently that's how I come across. IP: Logged |
