I agree with 12Houser. Maybe someone with a great 8th house with some good Sagittarian/Jupiter aspects. Cappy's have a fantastic, dry humor. I am a 3H Scorpio Mercury with Venus in Sag sextile Jupiter. My mom is Cappy & has lovely, sometimes very dark humor. She gets away with blurting out the funniest inappropriate one liners b/c she is a Libra Asc.
