I love sports (done individually or one on one) but would never join a team. The most I've ever done for that is beach volleyball. I believe my 5H Sag is why I wouldn't want to be confined to a schedule and all the other crap.

And in case it matters I can't stand to watch any athletics (even those I enjoy doing) on TV, not even the Olympics. It just bores me to tears.

Hmm...I'm competitive and good at sports, but I do not like team sports in any way. I tried volleyball camp in junior high, and went for tennis and karate instead.

Eh...Saturn in 11th, maybe? I have that, as well as Mercury in Aquarius, conjunct DC. Would that do it?

I have Venus in Aries in 9th, and Leo AC...so I'm assuming it must be something like Saturn or Aqua?

I've found that people with Aqua placements are the worst at team sports, they're all about themselves. I have Mars in Aqua .

Oh...wait! I also have Capricorn Mars in 6th. Capricorns can be loners, and that's my Mars placement. Maybe that in combination with the other stuff?

Leave my Aqua Venus alone I don't care about team sports both as a participant and spectator. I have Jupiter, Chiron and NN in the 11th.

I guess my Mars in the 9th is above all these petty, earthly amusements Only some kinds of individual and duo competitions seem to be worth my attention. When an individual unveils their godlike powers I'm trilled. When it comes to group activities, only dancing in a group has my favor.

I'm a Scorpio Rising with Mars in Leo on MC.

Apparently this makes me very competitive and "selfish" in a team activity. I want to do everything my own way without caring about others.

It's kind of true; so that's why I like to stick to Solo sports; such as running, because if I lose, it's my fault. Where as in a team game, I blame everyone else if they don't try like I do.

Other aspects may include:

• The competitive planets (Mars or Pluto) in 1st or 10th houses.
  
• Mars, Saturn or Uranus in 11th (competitive, restriction or wanting freedom from groups)
  
• Ruler of 11th house in aspect to Mars or Saturn?

I hate participating in team sports but, not through selfishness, more through a fundamental discomfort with letting others down. Perhaps my Virgo Sun is responsible for that, Virgo being the sign of service and, therefore, not wanting to do a disservice to a team by being the weakest link. Physically I'm very good in the stamina department but not so good at short busts of speed and power so, solitary sports such as long distance running suit me but not team sports which tend to focus on speed and strength. I love driving very fast and would love to have been a racing driver - I wonder where that fits into the astrological picture?
