I'm definitely feeling the effects and want to know how long it will last. I'm in school again (getting a certificate in computer programming, already got a B.A.), and I've been struggling in my programming course for the past few weeks. Also, I'm taking music classes. I've loved music all my life, but have a hard time getting practice in. I want to pursue both computers and music, but having trouble balancing them out. Any insights on this?

Until Veterans Day.

It hit Saturn in a backward motion yesterday. They will all (Saturn, Mercury, Sun, Moon, North Node)be together on the Eclipse (third.) Then it will turn on the tenth, and the final Eclipse (seventeenth) will have Mercury (Direct)Conjunct.

I'm somehow had a feeling that all those other planets are involved, especially Saturn, Mercury, Moon, and the Sun. I have Sun opposite Moon in my natal chart ( and is clearly shown in my balancing act of computers and music with the retrograde). I have Mercury sextile Saturn, so I think my struggles in school will improve since I take school seriously. Waiting until Veteran's Day seems like a struggle to me, though, but I think I'll manage.

Saturn can be very restrictive.

Retrograde Mercury on it's own is repressive in communication, you just want to hide out sometimes; but when Saturn is Conjunct, it really makes things clog up.

It should get better now that it has passed it.

You know, I pretty much do what I want, when I want to; I usually have a feeling whether it is right or not.

One thing I have found with Retrograde Mercury is that if I wait til it's over to do it, or if I start it at that time; it ends up done at the same time, either way.

I have not done your chart, so I can't give you any more than that.

If you would like me to, I will.

I'm feeling the effects even though I have Mercury Retrograde in my natal chart. My closest friends, family, partner, etc all seem emotionally distant and uncommunicative. I feel left out and abandoned somewhat. I this is just the mercury retrograde transit and not a long-term influence. Communication has also been difficult and cut down to almost no communication. It's a difficult time because silence brings out my worst insecurities which are then reflected on the people around me. This mercury retrograde is dampening my spirits somewhat, but it will be over soon.
