Should I expect Mars in Gemini to be romantically engaged one minute and completely aloof the next?

Does the Gemini twofacedness apply when in Mars?

You've been with your bf for a while, right? You should already know the answer.

Unfortunately, yes! We get distracted so easily and if you have been upstaged momentarily by our wandering minds finding something new and shiny(i dont mean another person) you might feel like your being shut out!

Sorry!

Find whatever they are interested in and read enough about it that you can have an intellectual debate with them....this gets my attention!

@im so cappy

Not really because I've recently read up on his Mars sign reading that Mars in Gemini may be aloof at times. Before reading that I was thinking it was his 12th house moon being emotionally repressed and all.

So now I'm posting this forum to learn more about Mars in Gemini and how it works because I've never really did much research on it.

This seems to work but I thought it was his Libra and seventh house placements.

Even when he says he mad and gives me the impression that he doesn't want to talk, I can start rambling on his favorite topic and he'll forget he's mad at me.

So what you're saying is when I want his attention, just start discussing one of his favorite topics? That's easy!

My best friend has Gemini Mars.
Very high energy and all over the place but her Mars conjuncts my Venus so I keep her interested with out even trying.

Mars in Gem needs people who can keep up with them.

My ex boyfriend has this Mars.

For a stable relationship, please look for another Mars. He changed his mind so easy, in one moment, he wanted to be with me, and in the another minute, he said he's not enough for me and left, and in the another moment, he started to chase me again!

I'm now with Cappy, running away from man

Yes. Listen to the Venus in Gem I think each Venus knows how to appease and entertain the Mars of their same sign almost without fail.

It can happen. It's funny Gabby said "something new and shiny" because personally my impression of Mars in Gem is:
While talking to a friend walking down the street: "Hey so I was letting everyone know about that get togeth.. Hey look at that giant wall of mirrors!"
It's similar to my Sag Mars, so I can appreciate it

I think it might irritate an Earth placed Mars, though. More so than a watery one anyway.

Pretty much...lol!
We are hard to keep up with, but easy to make happy! Plus we forget we were mad because staying mad or holding a grudge requires holding onto a thought long enough to stay mad....we just arent very good at that, maybe its the ADD? lol

I dont think i see the 2 faced part, i do see a huge fluctuation in my interest in people but once im in love, that goes away, but i still get distant when my mind is overworked and i need some alone time!
Its very easy to get overwhelmed, and react by needing some mental distance from everyone because our minds run so much...to much stimulation gets very stressful!

LOL...sooooo true! Shiny things always are a distraction!
My best friend is a gemini mars like me and when we have a conversation we will quickly say things off topic, and not miss a beat with our original conversation.....we jump back and forth between conversations about different things effortlessly.

But when we text....we text like we talk....before long we have 3 separate conversations going, its overwhelming!! Your trying to remember what they said 2 texts back and so your scrolling back as they are sending a new text, UGH.....it gets very confusing! Eventually one of us will say, hey can we condense this back to one conversation....im getting overwhelmed!
Neither of us can get mad because we both do it!!

People trying to listen to our conversations, give up...they say they get lost!

is he an aries sun aswell? i'm going through this atm with an aries with mars at 29'29 taurus, so practically gem. he def seems quite aloof and scatterbrained, though we are just getting to know one another. the texting thing is only irritating to me when he starts to type a message, and then changes his mind....meh

I don't think I've ever met a Gemini Mars male. I would suspect he'd tickle my Gemini Venus but we'd quickly lose mutual interest.

He is aTaurus sun, I wouldn't call it scatterbrained when we talk we just jump around a lot, we can keep up with each other....but I know it has to annoy other people...it's kind of like multitasking conversations? We can have more than one conversation at a time, I've never met anyone else I can do this with so I wonder if it's our mars aspecting each other and feeding off each other! Also my saggy sun and his saggy moon sit on each other and they oppose the Gemini mars.

I have scorp venus-mars and Im in love with a gem mars (pisces sun, aries mercury-venus). Oh boy, is he a challenge! we only see sometimes, because we do the same activity...
First I say only his gentle piscean side, but he is an electrical bunny... his energy is so high, he jumps from one activity to another and his interest level fluctuates... that irritates the crap out of me because Im very constant. But his mars and venus quincunx exactly my mars, maybe this generates an attraction in spite of our obvious differences. Once we start talking, we could talk forever... we are on the same wavelength and my mind also works quite quickly (mercury tight square uranus in natal). My venus duad is gemini as well. His interest for me has been constant, although it is sometimes hidden.
But I see that he can get bored easily and needs contant stimulation. He is also kind of a loner (no-one can stand an electrical bunny 24/7 haha).
He loves to talk, about every kind of subjects. He never shuts up lol, shouts and gesticulates... he is all over the place and sometimes I just cant stand it. He interferes with other peoples conversation, doesnt let them talk... uhhh.
I dont even know why I am attracted to this mars. He has a funny childish and charming side... he just wins people over with his boyish charm lol.
