Just been pondering this cause I noticed the recent Solar Ecclipse is conjunct our composite Uranus, chartruler, with one degree, and near to the MC on 16 Scorpio.The Solar ecclipse chart`s Ascendant falls onto 4 Aquarius, conjunct the composite ASC on 1 Aquarius and progressed composite Sun on 3 Aquarius.
EDIT:
Hmm, been snooping a little in the past.
2 weeks before we met there was a solar ecclipse on 19 Taurus, which was conjunct our composite IC by 3 degrees.

Actually, yes.
The one that happened 3 days ago - I started talking with someone and felt a deep connection - the Solar Eclipse / New Moon (+Mercury, NN and Saturn) all conjuncted our composite Moon. Wow. IP: Logged |

Yes, SE including mercury conj Composite mercury and conj also PR composite mercury...It was the first time an special person talked to me. It was the first time in 5 years. I really felt the connection and I felt it was an very special communicative opening between us. I cant understand why he wont speak to me before. IP: Logged |

that is interesting.
I noticed that on 23rd november (when we will be both attend to the same event) Tr Mercury will be conjunct composite Uranus and MC; and also trine pr composite Mercury exact.Tr Mercury will be only 2 degrees off the position of the SE-Sun and Moon by then. IP: Logged |

Its interesting follow the Eclipses. Maybe the man I talked about wont speaked to me because...Composite priapus conj his N moon  , composite eros conj BML in scorpio conj his N venus (5 orb) His N eros conj lust conj my N DC conj N psyche in synastry, BML trine BML exactly. I was looking for answers/interpretations for this myself.A composite with someone I am close to had the eclipse conjunct composite sun and mercury exact in house 7. What was interesting is around the same time that it was happening he was visiting and started to out of almost nowhere helping me make plans on something very important to me and something I have been trying to get in motion for a year. It is nice to know that I have a new partner. (sorry I am being vague because I'm not ready to talk about the topic yet). IP: Logged |

A solar eclipse was occurring on the first day I got to hang out with SM socially (7/11/10.). Really weird!Looking at our charts, we had the eclipse tightly trine our composite sun and tightly square our composite NN. We also had transit Neptune exactly conjunct our composite mercury, trine venus and sextile mars. In my natal the solar eclipse was trine my vertex exact!
In his natal the solar eclipse was trine his ASC/Juno conjunction and widely conjunct his vertex...crazy! IP: Logged |

I just checked the eclipse nearest to the time I first came to know of him (late February/early March of 2008).
There was a Lunar eclipse on the 20th of February in Pisces/Virgo (I have a feeling I came across him just a few days after that)Anyways,
The LE Vertex in Pisces opposed our natal Suns, conjunct his Desc and my Saturn, all at 2°, so naturally the LE Vertex opposed our composite Sun/Jupiter conjunction as well. (Sun is our composite chart-ruler) LE Mercury & Venus were conjunct composite Saturn at 0°–3° and opposed my Sun/Moon mp at 1°–3° LE Jupiter was conjunct our composite Uranus/Neptune conjunction at 0°–1° degrees LE Saturn in Virgo fell on our composite Sun/Jupiter conjunction, and conjunct our natal Suns, his Asc, and opposed my Saturn at 2–3° LE NN & Neptune were conjunct our composite Desc and his natal NN at 2°–3°
The Eclipse happened on the 21st of February where he was, so on his side of the world the LE angles/Vertex had changed.
So from his end the LE Vertex fell on our composite Moon/Mars/Chiron/Siva/Tara/his nameasteroid conjunction from 0°–2°  IP: Logged |

So far it would seem so, yes! It makes sense because the eclipses indicate new changes and big events; they sort of shake us up so that we can move from one level of evolution and maturity to another, higher phase.
So it won't be surprising to find eclipses around the time of meeting significant people in our lives!

Just another thing I observed was during that time, our nameasteroids were in an exact square in the sky, which continued on for a whole week and a half after!
And I was having my nameasteroid-return too lol, just off by 2°And interestingly on the 27th of February, a week after the lunar eclipse, most of the planets had moved to make even tighter/exact aspects to some of our significant natal placements! Tr. Sun had moved to 8 Pisces, exactly conjunct his natal Desc, my Saturn, and exactly opposite our Suns. (Also opposite comp. Sun/Jupiter conjunction) Tr. Mercury/Venus conjunction on 12° Aqua fell on my Desc at 12° Aqua, his Vertex at 13° Aqua and tightly opposed our composite Moon/Mars/Chiron/Siva/Tara/his nameasteroid stellium at 12°–13° Leo
(Also fell on our Davison stellium of Moon, Venus, Mars, Saturn on 9°–15° Aqua) Tr. Jupiter had moved on our composite Vertex at 3° Hm.... I think I just may have narrowed it down to the time when I first got to know of him, thanks to you Ceri! Funny thing is that 27th of February also equals to 11 LOL.
And if you add up the whole date, including the year, it equals to a 3 which is our name number IP: Logged |

Yeah same for me..on 7/11/10 along with the solar eclipse, his tr. name asteroid was exactly sextile my name asteroid.My tr. name asteroid was exactly opposite his name asteroid. Finally both of our name asteroids were being activated by significant venus, Chiron and BML transits...yikes...that must be why that day sticks out in my mind so much. IP: Logged |

Apparently it CAN trigger something. In this case some sort of chat, as short and superficial it might have been, after a long time of silence.

I have been keeping a close eye on the transits to the composite including eclipse... I have noticed significant changes during eclipses that are aspecting planets, but the hardest was the eclipse
In early Sag
That was conjunct the asc/dsc composite Axles
Things have gotten better since the last eclipse in early nov..
We have been getting along really well.. This past year has been an especially tough period for us...
But were still talking.... Soooo... I went back and looked at 2009, when all of this started with me and him...
I had an eclipse on my NN
When we were in sky hi heaven there was an eclipse in composite h1, just before..
Trine the composite moon/Pluto conjunction.

I have the Sun conjunct the South Node in the composite chart of me and an old friend of mine I lost touch with two years ago. For some odd reason she has popped up in my head the past few weeks but I haven't contacted her. The lunar eclipse tonight must have activated that Sun-South Node conjunction because she actually contacted me out of the blue today!IP: Logged |

In my progressed chart it's right over my IC/Chiron/SN in Leo, and MC/NN in Aquarius.I'm not sure how it's playing out yet, but I suppose in a way my sense of self is opening up. I don't feel the same sort of fear I used to (even just a few weeks ago) in expressing myself. I just have more of a '**** it' attitude in expressing what's on my mind or what I want to say. Natally it's right over my SN/Chiron and NN. IP: Logged |
