I didn't want to tell anyone it's really the sun and see how many would think it's really an angel, then I thought maybe not.

Oh, I'd have a heart attack or faint if I was up there, lol.

Yes, I agree, 12muddy, you managed to get the bird right when it was soaring over with it's wings and everything. Perfect timing

Violets, I like taking pics at various angles, too. I try to make them more interesting that way. I took a lot of Christmas decorations last year at odd angles with my IPOD, so the overall quality was blah. I have a pic of metal loop on the top of that giant, red ornament but I didn't want to post two of the same thing, thought it would be too redundant so I decided to go with the pic with the sun's reflection to see if anyone would notice heavenly forms.

You and I are on the same page with the angles.

I am ascared of heights too, M.I., I didn't try climbing out nor did I venture into the inner rim. Plus, I had my dog with me and they can't venture down there.

Awesome! We can take pictures together when I move over there, hahaha. How close to North-ish Illinois are you?
Just kidding. Kind of.

Hey I'm John, not M.I., remember? Lol.

Yeah, I wouldn't even bother going up there, not even for $300.

$400... maybe?
Lol.

Northern Illinois, like near the lake and Canada? Wow that's kinda far from me, lol. I thought you would be a little closer to Missouri. I am about nine hours west of the Mississippi River.

Oh yes, John, thanks for reminding me to call you by your first name lol. I get into the habit of calling everyone by their LL name!

I doubt I could venture out there I get dizzy. I looked down into the Canyon a lot. I loved Grand Canyon National Park, if you ever get a chance, you should visit it. It's really nice there.

Only if you are going to be moving west of the Ozarks this time too, lol. You are going to be a few hours from St Louis, right?

Oh wow that's almost in Canada!

Edit: I just looked at a map. You are moving north of St Louis on the river. I am south of Missouri nine hours from the river.

Hahahaha...well...except for Wisconsin and whatnot.

My grandma was from Nixa. I'm sure I still have family floating around in Missouri somewhere.

Instead of being next door neighbors, it'll be more like living a few blocks away
