I've calculated my vedic chart in the past and my ASC switches between aries and pisces, depending on the site. Whats a good site to check this? IP: Logged |

^^ wooow, haha everything changed for me I've no more Virgo placements, they changed into Leo (Venus, Merc, Asc), my Sun+Mars are Cancer now, instead of Leo, and Moon is Scorpio. Well, the only one I associate myself with is Scorpio Moon. In Western, it's 0 degree Sag, but I 80% fit into Scorpio profile, so yeah, can somebody recommend any descent calculators. IP: Logged |

No calculator needed unless you want more than the birth chart. All you need to do is subtract about 23.48 degrees from your Tropical placements to get your Vedic placements. Ex. Tropical = Sagittarius Mercury at 18 degrees Vedic = Scorpio Mercury at 25 degrees. Astrobix and Astrosage are good sites.

Has anyone found out how to save your birth data on astrobix.com?Also make sure you have the correct longitude and latitude when you put in your details. The time zones they provide are also wrong. Also make sure you have the right one if you were born during daylight savings or not. To check if I have the correct time, I usually check my astro.com charts where it displays "Sidreal" time on the top of the charts, and try to make sure it matches that time. IP: Logged |

That's perfect unless you want more than a birth chart. IP: Logged |

The houses don't change though. They do in other charts. Are you sure this is accurate? quote: Originally posted by Plutonic Capricorn: what about just www.astro.com? and use whole house system with hindu lahiri chart

You have to use the Whole House system for the Vedic houses. It's the same thing as the actual Vedic sites for the birth chart. You can also use Vedic (Lahiri) plus Placidus House system for the house cusps which Vedic also uses. (astro.com) Vedic Astrology calls it the Bhava Chalit Chart. IP: Logged |

Yes but the houses dont change on astro. My sun stays in the 4th house while in other vedic charts it always moves to the third. The same goes for other planets as well. The signs change but not the house placements.IP: Logged |

Yeah, use the Whole Sign House system like I said before. It then gives you your Vedic houses. IP: Logged |

I'm a Manglik too, but it cancels out for me. IP: Logged |
