I was wondering how intercepted signs affected a person.I have Capricorn intercepted in 2nd and cancer in 8th, with my unaspected sun in 8th cancer.. My 2nd house ruler (sagittarius) is in Taurus 5th house.
My 2nd house intercepted ruler (Capricorn) is in Taurus 6th house My 8th house ruler (gemini) is in Leo 9th House
My 8th house intercepted ruler (cancer) is in Leo 9th House I also have 6th and 7th Taurus and 12th and 1st in scorpio. What would this say about me and the challenges I face in later life? Ty to anyone who can explain and give me a look at this IP: Logged |

Just a rectification - a house ruler has to be a planet, not a sign! So when you say "2nd house ruler" what you mean is Jupiter, and not Sagittarius.Okay now that that's outta the way...

There are several opinions on intercepted signs... But the way I see it, the energy of the intercepted sign cannot be expressed by itself - unless you express the previous sign, it will stay repressed or lie dormant. So you have to really "blend" the two energies in order to be able to express them effectively. In your case: you should use Sagittarius energy to better express the Capricorn energy in terms of 2nd house matters (self-worth, skills, money and possessions); and use Gemini energy in order to better express your Cancer Sun in the 8th house - for example: taking a more rational, detached approach to 8th house matters before you can fully "feel" them on an intuitive level and get attached on an emotional level (when dealing with joint resources like money or property, or when dealing with close intimate relationships). Are u scorpio rising?? Because im scorpio rising and my sun is in eight house in cancer like you, but my sun is very aspected. When you have an interception that means you are not concious of that part, when a sogn is intercepted the opposite will be too, but you have your sun in cancer which can help you a lot to identify this, that is a signal that in this lifetime you are begining of being concious about this, and things related to cancer and capricornIP: Logged |

What I meant, blade, is that you should work on blending the traits of both signs in the intercepted house for optimal efficiency.
Instead of focusing exclusively on one or the other - try to find good things in both and go from there. IP: Logged |
