Logically the 2nd and 3rd house have to deal with you voice. Taurus rules the throat and Gemini is the first communicative sign of the zodiac.
I have a 2nd house Gemini with a 3rd house in cancer.
I communicate like a cancer would but also like a Gemini because I talk a lot!
Not to mention I have Moon in the 2nd house.

Naturally Mercury does affect voices and good aspects to Venus can lend to a good sounding voice.
My mercury is in Capricorn, not very liked by all, but it helps me think before I talk. So at times I may sound slow, but I just want to say the right thing. My Venus sextiles my mercury which makes me a bit sensual/sexual when I talk or am emotive lol

My mercury is in cancer and opposite saturn, neptune it's weird i've been told that sometimes i talk very slow....it's saturn ppff....my moon is in 3 house
