Great question. I was wondering the same thing not too long ago. I would like to say particular outer planets transiting the 4th, 8th, or 12th house. Even planets such as Pluto, Neptune, or Uranus hitting personal planets such as the Sun or Moon...maybe even Mercury. Oh, and the ascendant. My friend's sister currently has Pluto transiting her 4th house (getting ready to conjunct lots of planets already there) and she suddenly began hearing voices and seeing lower-vibrational entities about 6 months ago.

Wow! I have tPluto in the 4th too and it's conjunct my Uranus now. tUranus in the 8th. Whatever happens, I'm ready Thanks for sharing.
