While her first career as a dancer would seem to support a Neptunian Asc, and her build certainly allows for the possibility of Capricorn. I would not favor this chart as the most likely for her, rather a fixed sign Asc based on what I can find about her. Her face has a more rectangular outline, particularly at the forehead,pointing to a fixed sign for the Asc. The few planets in fixed signs doesn't explain this.

Aries is not likely either. Look to Aqua, Scorpio, Leo....

As an example, Neptune at 22S15 could be parallel an early Aquarius or late Scorpio Asc. By the same token, it could be Contra-parallel an early Leo or late Taurus Asc. Taurus, however, is far less likely in my opinion.

Here's a quick reference guide to enhance your look at potential charts to expand the type of observations you made regarding Oh Land and Neptune here:

Actually with her Neptune at 22S15 and Uranus 22S52, they more likely line up with a MC in mutable or cardinal signs, since 2* orb is a bit too wide for parallels in declination. So Mars [21.5 N] parallel or contra-parallel a fixed sign Asc is more likely. This also fits with her accident injury that ended her dancing career, since such a Mars aspect parallel a Leo Asc further enhances fiery impulse, headlong efforts or CP Asc in Aqua or Scorpio similar throwing of energy outward.

Just theory for demonstration purposes.

But yes, Neptune or any other planet in declination is that significant. In fact, many of my rectifications have relied upon declinations of planets for clues and matchups with couples, one of which I am doing rectification work for.

Watching her movements, her kinesthetic style and manner will give you more clues to her Asc sign than mere appearance. Even with a lot of experience with this, I am not able to often point directly to the Asc sign merely from physical appearance indicated in photos. Photos are really tricky and often contain numerous optical illusions, particularly if they are not high resolution, large and in natural light.

I've never heard of Oh Land before now, and since I'm more a rock, metal, reggae fan I might not be into her music, but I'm curious. She's an interesting personality.

She reminds me of cap suns with sun conjunct neptune.

Look at some of her videos compare them to other artists with out much neptunian influence. lol
