That's so unprofessional for them to even talk about stuff like that! That's what's so aggravating! I am a Virgo trine Saturn to the max when it comes to people being serious and professional while I'm paying them. I do not tolerate frivolities such as petty, unproductive, back-biting! When you are working for me you will shush up and only talk about stuff related to your task or be expected to get laid off next round.

I have Sag moon square Virgo pluto and I never gossip about other people behind their back. Not in the way you are saying.

Sure we chat about our friends and what's going on in their lives. But never malicious lies and rumors to harm them or their reputation. Never anything untrue and never speculation.

And really even that kind of chat is only limited to a set group of people, our circle of good friends.

My mom gossips a lot. But never in a malignat way either. She would never spread rumors or lies. She has a Scorpio moon square Leo Pluto. She just gets in everyone's business. If you're pregnant or getting married or dating someone new, etc, don't tell her unless you want the news to spread like wild fire.
