With the Victoria Secret Fashion Show having taken place yesterday, it got me to thinking... what is the astrology of models? There are undoubtedly many attractive people in the world, but taking into account the fact that beauty is so subjective, what astrological configurations is it that yields success in the modeling industry? Please share what you think, and let's get a good thread going here!While I haven't researched it too much, my immediate thoughts would be:
● Prominent Leo/Libra/Sagittarius
● Neptune in aspect to the Ascendant
● Venus trine or conjunct the Midheaven
● Venus aspecting Uranus, Neptune, Pluto
Look forward to hearing from all of you!
****A word of note: I posted this thread yesterday, only to have a few users on here make it about their own definition of beauty, endlessly going back and forth on who they feel is attractive vs. who they don't. The thread was eventually auto-deleted due to an outrageous number of posts. I'd like to clarify that is NOT the intention of this thread. We're simply looking for astrological similarities between famed models. Scientific, not subjective. Thank you.

Here's my mom's chart, she used to be a model...and probably would've gone much further had she not been so self-destructive (which I blame more on her environment than her chart, her chart only describes HOW she self-destructs, not making it her destiny to):  Rising Sign is in 26 Degrees Leo
Sun is in 20 Degrees Scorpio
Moon is in 08 Degrees Gemini
Mercury is in 13 Degrees Scorpio
Venus is in 19 Degrees Scorpio
Mars is in 15 Degrees Leo Jupiter is in 03 Degrees Pisces
Saturn is in 05 Degrees Aquarius
Uranus is in 04 Degrees Virgo
Neptune is in 13 Degrees Scorpio

shouldn't they be an aries dominant too?
I mean aries rules the face and frankly the most beautiful models in victorias secret are aries : Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Rosie HW. Also look at Leighton Meester, kristen stewart, Emma Watson and Keira Knightly they all have that bold fiery look, with lovely eyebrows and sultry eyes.And don't let me start with the guys ... For VS models, its Venus-Neptune aspects but for edgy high fashion its Venus-Saturn (I've noticed)Lara Stone- Venus conjunct Saturn
Natalia Vodianova- Venus Square Saturn

And Adriana Lima as well, I forgot , but its a bit wide. She has a 6 degrees square with Venus and Saturn. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley also has a tighter square.IP: Logged |

Venus/Asc sextile Saturn (but obviously, it didn't make me any money haha)

I've read Aquarius is quite common in the chart of models because it's supposed to make you tall. Since short women have a really hard time making it as models, even if they have everything else going for them (which is not to say it never happens of course), I think that makes a lot of sense. However, I haven't checked all that many models' charts so I can't say whether or not that's born out by the data. Plus a lot of celebs have a Aqua placed prominently in their charts so maybe it's just an entertainment industry thing.IP: Logged |

I have prominent saturn+ venus.Venus conjunct asc and chart ruler.
Prominent-high cheek bones.
Exotic looks
waif+height etc.
photogenic. I went to an art school so I knew a lot of photographers/designers they always use to ask me to model for them...
or the random Are you a model or something? When I lived nyc I was approached by an agent, I actually needed money so I looked them up and read about a pending sex sandal so I was... NOOOO thanks LMFAO
Plus I hate getting my picture taken... I'm more of a creator rather than a muse...
I defiantly do appreciate models in general, especially live models try doing that for a living lol.

The idea that Mars is prominent does not surprise me. You would need Mars to make it in such a competitive industry.

If I was photogenic in any way I think I could have been a great model
I've been stopped on the street only one time, and the agent said I looked like a special type  I do have a very well placed venus
Venus sextile neptune, saturn and uranus, conjunction pluto
And the sun conjunction mars But my venus isn't that strong and it's in scorpio, which is not good for beauty :/ I think it's true about the gemini suns, aries moons (or aries placements) and venus/saturn aspects

^I get told that I should try modelling...idk though I'm kinda old, arne't I? don't models usually start at 15-17?  Besides...I have a really soft and feminine face, not chiseled...my eyes and jaw are soft and round, not narrow and strong lmfao! Same with my cheekbones. But I am tall! 185cm or 6ft1. IP: Logged |

You could try and see, SE! You never know until you try and find out.Another thing about Twiggy, she's very cute and first of her kind, the first supermodel, and her Neptune is not prominent nor does it aspect MC or ascendant. Just thought I would throw that out. Twiggy has an angular first house moon and Mars. Venus and Neptune are angular but not in a house you'd think. They are near the IC (not conjunct it) in house FOUR! MC is in Aries, ruled by Mars which is in the first conjunct moon, ruler of ascendant, in the showy sign Leo. Interesting!
