Is conjuncting my Sun in the 9th house. What can I expect from this transit? Can I dare to hope that finally I will be able to move to England?

Yes. "Being able" the operative phrase. You have to seize the opportunity, which means going against your comfort zone, but you (Sun) will be reacting so positively, that "zone" will feel like a natural thing, wondering - why didn't this occurred to me sooner?
Essentially, a period when you should say YES to everything.

Even if I say YES to something BAD? Can bad things happen to me during this transit? You know, conjunctions like oppositions can work both ways and Jupiter... dunno what to say about this.

That's the issue with Jupiter - giving you opportunities but not disclosing which one is *the* one, hence the yes game. It's not a choice really, you just feel good and end up taking up everything in sight, hence the overindulgence game.

Nothing bad happened to me during my transit, at least it had no lasting, factual consequences.

But you seem to be telling that there is a specific situation which you are not too sure about, yes?

I would say YES to England 100% but I don't want bad consequences to happen to me in base of this decision. I don't want anyone to force to do things I don't want to do. That would go against my principles and integrity.
