Personal planets would be Mercury, Venus, Mars. Sun and moon are always personal yet not planets so you can include them by default whenever you see the word personal.

Jupiter is more about the big picture and the people around you, are they helpful, antagonistic? How do you fit into their world and they, yours? What will they do for you and you for them?

Yeah, but in Astrology, they name the luminaries planets to make it easier.
So using the name "inner planets" will refer to both luminaries (in Astrology terms) and the planets before the asteroid belt.

I just was saying couldn't it be called inner planets. I didn't say that it was the only thing to call them.

It makes sense that the Sun and Mars are your least aspected planets.
That's another reason why you're really diplomatic and agreeable. You have no need to win or conquer
My Mars is the least of the inner planets (or personal, whichever name) but it opposites my MC. I'm not sure if I feel or notice it in me.

My Sun on the other hand aspects every planet except Jupiter, (but I have a Sagittarius Jupiter) Mercury, (but I have a Mercurian Sun/Moon, and in domicile house) Mars (but I have domicile Mars) and also the Ascendant (but Leo Ascendant's ruler; Sun, has many aspects)
