I am curious as to what these mean in the natal chart, I've been reading up online that these can tell us about our vocation and how we will achieve our hearts desire.

My oriental planet (planet immediately before the sun) is saturn in Taurus.

I am still confused on occidental planets. Is this the planet immediately after the sun?

if anyone can give insight, please do

It is the planet which is immediately before the Sun in clockwise direction.
