Well, Mars opposite DSC is Mars conjunct ASC, so.You'll get more results with that one, I'm sure (or Mars in the 1st house, same thing). IP: Logged |

I know, but I'm looking to see how Mars opposite the DSC would affect it. I figure Mars conj. ASC makes someone extra Arian. IP: Logged |

The 7th house and DSC means something different than the first house or ASC in astrology, no? So Mars conjunct ASC would make me extra Aries-like, but how would Mars in Gemini opp. DSC in Sag affect the kind of people you attract? Does it mean your partners will tend to oppose you more than normal, or they're aggressive, or extremely passive, etc.IP: Logged |

Ohhh. The thing that could happen here, is that your own aggressiveness or assertiveness could trigger a partner's aggressiveness. That, I could see happen (my mother has Mars conjunct the ASC and she's had a very conflict-oriented life and relationships). But it's probably because of the way you come across - maybe you're too domineering, too assertive, too blunt or too aggressive, or even too intimidating (according to the "other" person). Some people could pick up on that and start arguments or fights with you. I'm pretty sure having Mars conjunct the ASC is better than having it conjunct the DSC though *ahem*. IP: Logged |

Okay here's a thought.Mars conjunct the ASC seems to initiate the argument / conflict by being overly pushy or bold, while Mars conjunct the DSC is on the receiving end of the argument / conflict because of the other person's pushiness (but can strike back, in response). IP: Logged |
