NN in 7th may force you to have a relationship and may be long term but it wont be an easy one and the moment karma is burnt you may end up with nothing. Ruler of 7th house falls in 10th. 10 house is the house of public affairs and this aspect may lead to marriage or have your relationship act like you are married ( you may choose to live together but not being legally married etc) but the karma with be felt.
