Hi does anyone know which aspects show obsession in a synastry and which indicate long lasting pure love.

Pluto.Pluto in aspect to personal planets, particularly the Moon & Venus. Pluto on the angles. Pluto in the 1st or 12th house. Other aspects can indicate a strong attraction and chemistry, but obsession specifically I think is primarily shown by Pluto interaspects. There may be some asteroids that show obsession, I'm not very knowledgable on asteroids. IP: Logged |

for obsession, i think of Venus/Mars square/opposite pluto synastry.how do u even define pure love? spiritual love? "you just get each other" kindof love? IP: Logged |

Sun square/opposition pluto and personal planets in 8th house…and venus square/opposition mars - don't go there, it's not gonna be good no matter what I have tried a plutonic relationship once and for all in my life and from now on if I find any bad aspects between pluto and the personal planets I'm gonna run, very fast, away The problem with being in love and being obsessed is that you can't see all this in the beginning, but once you "betray" the other their love turns to hate instantly and the power struggle begins with no end Also - it can be very destructive for your own life, it takes a lot of energy to get out from cause it's really hard and it will for sure give you a lesson in life, but you only need this lesson one time IP: Logged |

That's the relationship I try so hard to run away. With this person it seems like my mind doesn't function when he is in touch. There seem to be some positive aspects of the sun such a
Sun sextile Jupiter
Sun conjunction Venus
Jupiter conjunction Pluto
Moon sextile Pluto
Venus conjunction Pluto

Eh, I've been in love several times.But being in love doesn't necessarily mean loving someone.
And what if it's not mutual? Is it love then?

I think if its one sided obsession it's really sad  if its mutual then i have no problem with it.

I am pretty sure most people who think they "love" someone actually don't know what 'real' love is. I'm sorry to sound cynical or whatever, but love is more than the butterflies in your stomach and the frantic heart-beat - that's the rush of hormones in your body.And it's easy to 'love' someone in your mind - when you have no regular interaction with someone, you can think you 'love' them all you want, because you don't have to deal with their bad traits and put up with their unpleasant behavior. Loving someone consistently, on a regular basis, while being around them most of the time and not getting bored / tired of them... is that possible? Now think about that and tell me what love is. we have alot of pluto, pluto opposing mars, sun venus, square moon, pluto square mars, pluto in the 12thwondering about who feels it more other planet or pluto

Probably I tried to explain it wrongly. Up to me is simple when you love someone you love every aspect of his/her character even the one that you don't like , you want the best for that person even if you lead your separate ways later in life.
Certainly I agree being in love and butterflies is one thing and loving soembody is a totally different thing.

Thank god I found this site. You guys are smarties. I just researched this a bit then compared my chart with my mans. My Pluto is Scorpio, his venus is Taurus. Bad? Sounds bad. Opposition . as for the original question, I also agree Pluto. Pluto is the cancer of obsession, or so I think.IP: Logged |
