Do you have a tendency to get together with people who have equally challenging charts as your own?I feel really lucky these days… I found a guy who have a totally perfect and well-balanced natal chart, with almost no hard aspects and is like 25% of all the elements! My own chart though, is the completely opposite, it's almost only squares and oppositions, so naturally I'm a more challenged individual who always runs into a lot of problems (both self-made and non-intended) He even has a strong leo jupiter in 1st house sextile his libra sun, making him a very joyful, funny, optimistic and lucky type! So far I've felt very lucky just being in the same room as him, things seems to just flow on a nice wave, and if there is any problems it almost solves it self out… it's very relaxing cause normally, just a little problem in my life can turn into a big thing out of nowhere lol… But how can this be at all? Isn't this a bit contradicting? He will always have his luck, but isn't it going to clash with my anti-luck at some point? Just to sum up with my jupiter It's cancer, it's in 12th house, it's opposing saturn, neptune and uranus and squaring mercury and moon, the only soft aspect is trine venus and pluto! Any thoughts on this? Is it possible that a relationship can be balanced with such natal charts that are so far away from each other when analyzing jupiter the luck planet? IP: Logged |

Good question.I have very little experience with people who have well-balanced charts - I tend to attract super afflicted charts, just like mine. Not long ago I had a brief friendship with someone who had ZERO hard aspects. He still had internal struggles, though (packed 8th house). It felt very comfortable talking with him and we clicked well (the Neptune effect). But then things just randomly cooled off and the friendship ended abruptly (Uranus). I know this doesn't help you much, but what I think may happen is that at some point the person with many hard aspects in their chart may start to feel not understood by the other person with easier aspects. Simply because, hard aspects bring lots of challenges and consequently, maturity and wisdom (or at least a vague idea of their own internal processes).
Whereas someone with easy aspects may not be inclined to "dig deep" and can be a bit on the superficial side of things - less aware of their inner workings and people in general (that is of course, a gross generalization, because there are plenty of people who have afflicted charts and are absolutely clueless about the deeper meaning of life). That's the main challenge I'd see, in such a case. IP: Logged |

I think you are totally right on this…I already noticed that he is a little superficial with certain things (he is also a libra sun) but not as much as I thought actually… when looking at his chart again I also noticed he has an afflicted sun (square uranus, neptune and saturn) so maybe he is actually a bit more mature than I thought… we also have these aspect in synastry, and a lot of our natal aspect is the same in our synastry actually:S I don't know yet if it's good or bad

I agree with that part.My chart is quite balanced, even if a little bit fire dominant, but I don't find myself superficial at all.I can talk just about anything, from superficial to deep subject, with no problem. Here's my chart: Sun,Mars and Rising Sign in Libra Moon in Virgo Venus,Pluto and Mercury in Scorpio Saturn and Uranus in Sagittarius Neptune in Capricorn Jupiter in Aries Midheaven in Cancer According to librarising.com,except Mercury and Saturn,I have all the planets in their own sign, element, or gender. So about a well balance chart influence,it's more about the way you take it.Since I'm a Libra,I love balance in my life, even if my fiery sign never sleep fully.I am really hard to pin down, and not everyone can handle me.I need action and improvement in my life, hate routine, and can think through lots of things,I am a thinker and a doer at the same time. My ex told me that I was scaring him,I can control my passion and my magnetism (turn it on and off whenever I want, but people always sense it)… It's not only about your chart,I believe that knowing your chart helps you understand yourself better. But of course,I also have opposition, square and conjunction in my chart, but it doesn't affect me that much, since planets blend well in the signs.
