It's hard to see the pattern without a chart... *hint: post your chart*

I think you have a locomotive chart:

quote:
Locomotive: This pattern has all the planets within 240 degrees of the chart, meaning there is an empty trine's distance. This is why the Bucket above must have it's handle more than 60 degrees from the rest of the chart. Otherwise it leaves an empty trine and the pattern is a Locomotive. With a locomotive, the lead planet is important. It is the like the engine that drives the rest of the planets. People with locomotive patterns are a driving force and often leaders. Once they lay a path in life, they will forage along making a more marked impression as they go through life along the path to achievement. The lead planet says who is driving the train. The sign of the lead planets tells the way in which the driver operates. The house the lead planet is in says a lot about the area of life experience that initiates the locomotive into driving action.

http://www.yogicastrology.com/articles/western-astrology/temperament.shtml

quote:
The LOCOMOTIVE formation occurs when there is one gap that is between 90 and 210 degrees. (A gap less then 90 degrees is a SPLASH type). The LOCOMOTIVE type is, just as you might expect a driving and driven person. The have a lot of energy and at their most intense can be like a steam roller. They can be very motivated and will get to where they are desiring to go one way or the other, whether slowly and patiently, or through relentless pushing.

Does that mean that the energies of pluto (8th) and sag become more important. Does that make it become a dominant planet/sign

Yeah, probably.
If that's actually the 'leading' planet. Maybe it's Mercury? I dunno, really.

Ah, I meant the direction of the Zodiac signs - they move counter-clockwise. But I see what you mean!
