I found this and i think it's a different description of scorpio ascendants.
People with scorpio ascendants do you find this accurate for you?? How do you feel the scorpio rising in your life? Do you have it with planets there? Or people who know scorpio ascendants, talk!!!! 
Scorpio is a very, very powerful astrological sign and even when it’s “just” the rising sign, it will have a very significant impact on those born with this ascendant. And if there is also a Scorpio sun sign involved… watch out, world! If you don’t already know, the ascendant is your astrological mask and depending on the strength of the position it was in when you were born, it may have more or less influence than it does on others with the same rising sign. Magnetic Personality
All Scorpios have a magnetic personality and the rising sign is no exception. They will inspire awe with their natural air of mysticism and people will often find themselves staring at Scorpio rising without really knowing why. There will simply be a fascination with these people and their energy. They needn’t do anything special to attract this attention, either. They could just sit in the corner quietly and people will sense them… of course, depending on their specific personality, they may be perceived as quietly confident and in control, or they might give off an aura that seems slightly dangerous and makes others nervous. Looking Glass Eyes

I happen to have a very good friend who has a Leo sun and Scorpio ascendant, and his particular rising sign placement is so powerful that even I — someone who has a 98.9% accuracy rate when it comes to pegging sun signs — was absolutely certain he had a Scorpio sun. The Leo energy is there, but it’s not at all obvious until you’ve really gotten to know him and that is the nature of rising signs when they’re particularly strong. Quietly Confident
These people are quietly confident and that is probably because they are absolutely positive of what they’re going to achieve and how they’re going to do it. This doesn’t necessarily mean they are guaranteed to be wealthy people, because they’re not terribly materialistic. What matters most to them is that they stay true to themselves and reach their dream on their own merits. This inner knowing is part of what makes them such confident people, and they will often give the appearance of being humble and ego-less, whether they are or aren’t.

Wow, i don't know why but the combination of libra scorpio has something unusual. I wish i had venus conjunct my ascendant  i think is one if the more sweet aspects, but you may he really profound with that conjunction and in scorpio....oh my god.
I only have pluto conjuncting but very aspected by the sun and almost all the other planets. IP: Logged |

it fits me somewhat. the best part of this ASC is that no one can figure us out unless we allow it. it also just goes to show how ridiculous it is to guess peoples' ASC signs because you truly cannot know, especially with signs that tend to mask themselves, like this one.IP: Logged |

I'm a Scorpio rising with Pluto in 1st house (Not conjunct!) I would say, alot of the time, people don't always know quite what to say to me at first lol! I notice it! They stumble a little bit. Ruler of 1st house in 1st house (Pluto)

I'm Virgo ascendant Scorpio (at 27°27) with my moon in Scorpio (9°50) conjunct Pluto (10°) and I must say that I tend to get noticed in public with my embarrassing questions, my clear-cut opinions and my sadistic humour. People smile staring at me, expecting the next "line". They often think I have evil intentions, even when I don't...
Some people stay far from me but I read sympathy and curiosity through their eyes, and some people hate me passionately ! I always have people relating me the insults I'm the target and I get hurt, each time. I don't like having trouble but my enemies are many.ps : sorry for my english, I'm french. IP: Logged |

Lol, I know exactly what you mean Sven555. I have Scorpio rising and Pluto in the first. I'm typically naturally withdrawn when I meet new people. I'm very curious and want to talk to them since I'm a Gemini but at the same time I'm also very mysterious and want to observe everything on a deeper level. I love and live for hidden secrets. Everything I read I can relate to. ------------------

I would like to point out that the only person I have ever felt the closest to is also a Scorpio Rising just like me. He is one of my best friends. I don't know if I've ever met another Scorpio rising though besides my best friend. Everyone else just seems really hard to get close to, actually it's probably the other way around lol. Everyone probably has trouble getting to know me since I usually put up a brick wall. lol------------------

I am a leo sun sign w scorp rising. I don't know how strong the placement is tho....I don't really know how to read my chart, all I know is that the number beside asc is 7.26 and beside sun is 26.7...I'm guessing that is degrees? My Uranus and moon are both in my asc and my venus is trine my asc but, again, I don't know what any of that means. I do find most of what you say to be true. I genuinely love people tho and I am incredibly social. People are usually drawn to me but still seem apprehensive...they usually allow me to take the lead and are intimidated by me...even tho I am genuinely open and friendly, and probably entertaining lol. I hardly ever have guys "hit on me" in the general sense but I have had several tell me, after talking to me for a while that I didn't look like someone they could approach "it's the eyes and the hair" they say. I either look like I'm taken or I wouldn't be interested. I always assumed my energy was too much for most and so if I want something I learned to just go get it myself. People are always staring at me...when I walk into a room I can feel it every time. It used to be unnerving and make me self conscious but now I just expect it...and I just make sure I play my part, take the lead, be confident...people either really like me and immediately respect me or they hate me and withdraw. If I want, I can usually pull them in with my leo charm...I do genuinely love people...but my intuition tells me if they are worth the time ore not. I analyze everyone and I'm usually spot on...I really enjoy social setting where I can play the social field and learn or be learned from. I do play a part in those situations tho and I'm more myself with people who know me well and who I feel safe with, but I'm always the stronger personality. People always ask how I stay so calm through turmoil and how I seem to know exactly what I'm doing and how I'm certain things will work out in my benefit...all I can answer is "I just know...if I didn't, then I wouldn't do it." And 33 years of experience has just taught me to follow my instinct and I'm right 99% of the time. I don't know how. People come to me for help and advice and my husband actually says I spend so much time as the "friendly neighborhood therapist" (as he puts it) that I should put a couch in the study and start charging by the hour lol. Fixing other peoples problems, or just letting them vent and offering my encouragement or thoughts and advice does take up at least half of my day almost every single day of the week. Sometimes I withdraw because the burden is so much...for about a week I don't answer calls, messages, texts, emails, or the door bell! I just need to refuel because I literally get exhausted! And when I "return" it feels like a dump truck of emotional garbage pours on me. But I just figure it's my place in life. I have even gone out and ended up having "therapy sessions" with total strangers...I'm always wondering why total strangers would tell me such personal things and then I say something that seems like common sense to me and to them it's like words of the gods. I'll never figure people out completely, but I'm always trying. It's an interesting life, for sure! I think my scorp asc sign gives me the sense of power, authority, and respect while my leo sun is charming, trustworthy, warm and friendly. And I always ask people their sign and I find that I don't attract any sign more than any other sign. However, in my personal life, those who are the closest to me are mostly virgo...I think they keep me grounded. Along with my leo sun, scorp rising I have a sag moon...I can overwhelm myself to exhaustion with undertakings, interests, hobbies, and activities if I don't have something to level me out. Those virgos are sensible and although I am usually irritated initially, I realize their down to earth mentality and stability is absolutely essential for me. I appreciate those over-bearing virgos...they take care of me and I guard them with my claws (they are sensitive as well lol)IP: Logged |

I'm a Scorpio Asc too. When I was a child, I instantly felt bad people. My mother told me that all the people I instantly disliked they end up being bad friends/family or in one instance one of my dad's business parters who screwed him out of money. Now I'm not so good at it. Probably because I'm too focused on me. Though I can see through all the BS that men tend to give off. I can see a line coming a mile away. And I can also easily sense a con or those cheesy salesmen, IYKWIM. People don't stare a me. Men do. I'm guessing that's my Scorpio Venus. I also have a eyes that change color. When they go yellow/amber people have stopped me in the street to comment on them. I can make people squirm and freak them out by looking at them. When I was in my 20s, it amused me to use this super power. LOL. I don't think I'm particularly "approachable". It's rare that people just come up and talk to me at parties or whatever. I have to talk to them first. So maybe it is the intense thing that makes them tentative to speak to me. But then once the Sag starts talking they feel more comfortable. I wish I could meet some Scorpio Risings in real life. I think I've only known and met one other Scorpio Rising just like me. He is my closest friend. It's odd, because I feel closer to him than I do with pretty much anyone in my family. Except my brother. I've gotten weird reactions and/or responses from people in the past for having Scorpio Rising. I've had people tell me that I come off as really serious or stoical. I guess others find me really intriguing and I guess mysterious at first. I get the feeling that some people just simply don't like me lol. I've never understood why I get some of the responses and/or reactions from people, I really am an easy person to get along with. I'd say about 60% of the time I have to initiate conversation the other 40% of people sometimes initiate conversation with me. ------------------

Most people I know have no clue what time they were born. So I've probably met some and just didn't know. I'm not that good picking out people's ascendents.
