When you first meet them they would be like everyone else, probably be nice and say hi. Scorpio people have charisma. It's moon in Scorpio that's the most difficult to deal with later, but you don't see it at first. First impression is a very lovely, friendly, caring person.

yeah in my psyche 101 class
She was an adorable freshman.
Petite with a lavender pixie cut.
Oh yeah there was an episode in class where someone called her in the middle of the lecture and she walked out of the room and came back in 5 minutes later and the professor started ******** at her and she just started crying and just stormed out of the room.

Obviously something was happening.. He was really stickler about the phone policy :P
She was pretty distant from then on.. I guess because we saw her vulnerable.

How does Scorpio moon play out?

There's a woman I know. VERY attractive I think but she does have Scorpio moon. I've wondered how that is.

I don't see anything with us anyway. She's just eye candy pretty much and that's it for me.

It would depend on how they learned (or failed to learn) how to handle the energy of Scorpio. If this person were an eagle then s/he'd pretty much be a saint who helped others and likely grudgingly respected even by enemies. If, OTOH, the person failed to evolve then likely s/he would be a smothering nurturer always sure whoever the Ultimate Scorpio desperately latched onto was about to leave or otherwise do him/her dirty and everyone would avoid (IOW, this Scorpio would create a self-fulfilling nightmare prophecy) and I'd expect a history of psychiatric commitment probably ending in suicide before the age of 30 (or even 13 depending on the family such a person was born into) assuming the person didn't wind up in prison first (I maintain that Cancers & Pisces are more likely to kill over being spurned than Scorpio, in part because Scorpio values self-control and have patience more than the other 2 water signs).

That's the super simple answer. Synastry also plays a part. Cancer chiron is one to try to save others so a person approaching who needed help or saving (or at least perceived as such) would receive a different reaction to someone who was just fine.

I just know her Birthday, but not birth time. However, her birthday makes the moon fall pretty centered in Scorpio so that should be pretty accurate given that it takes about 2 1/2 days for the moon to switch signs if I remember.

The guy that I'm dating now is a Scorpio moon. And he's so beautiful. He's very manly sexy yet very soft and feminine delicate. He's also Sag sun and Cap ascendant which I think makes him even more attractive. His eyes are an almost crystal deep blue-green.

Hahaha, I love how you're so crazy about him. It's cute.

This woman has REALLY white skin, but long, curly, black hair and dark eyes. I don't have a typical look that I go for but that's hers.
