not nessarily in aspect with each other.
Mars and Venus are pairs so is Sun and moon.

I noticed some similarities between our charts.

Venus square Jupiter and the other has Mars square Jupiter
Mars square Neptune/Uranus and the other has Venus square Neptune/Uranus
Sun square Jupiter and Moon square Jupiter.

Could this bring compatibility astrology wise, struggling with similar aspects.
I feel like we're similar yet polar opposite.

ok, we both have:
mars trine mercury
mercury conjunct venus
mars trine venus
venus uranus aspects(i have the square and him the opposition)
sun jupiter aspects( i have the sextile and him the trine!)
uhm uhm
what else
moon conjunct eros
sun sextile moon
pluto sextile uranus/neptune
sun square saturn

initially didnt seem so but we are very much alike
