I agree. I just feel the situation out, the relationship aka friendship.

The only thing that I apply to all situations like that is to tell them in person if it's at ALL possible.

well, as for me if the previous situations are clean
I usually confess love fast and.. if rejected without counter offer, I move on quick

but then again... I am very unemotional.. :s

If the other person doesn't seem to give a damn about you, don't do it. It'll hurt like a b***.
Unless you're really in agony and need to express your feelings, and if the other person is a friend or someone you can trust... meh, probably not worth it.

That being said, good Venus aspects are usually favorable for all the lovey dovey things. Choose a time when Venus is aspecting one of their personal planets via a flowing aspect, and make sure the Moon doesn't make hard aspects to anything.
Good aspects to the ASC/DSC axis are favorable, as well. Especially conjunctions to the DSC or a benefic travelling the 7H.

thanks guys and reve.. Rejection and me oil and water lol we dont mix at all i cant stand rejection at all... I have a feeling she feels the same just the rejection part is holding me back... Argggg i will just do it tomorrow lol

thank you to everyone.. Makes sense just wish i was as strong as u guys.... Its not easy being a pisces rising with a scorpio lol.. It kills my leo sun and taurus moon lol... I am going to say something though if its a rejection well life goes on hey.. Sigh
