Topic: Jupiter as a "skipped step"

It is said the planets that square your NN is your skipped step that you must resolve in this lifetime to move toward your NN. I have one planet (Jupiter in 1st house Cancer) that squares my NN in 4th house Libra. Jupiter is exalted in Cancer so it would expand my nurturing and compassion qualities right? So how would Jupiter square my NN be interpreted as my skipped step? Anyone have his aspect or could help interpret? Thanks! IP: Logged |

I don't, but I have the same situation with an Exalted Moon.I have a lot of trouble with my family, women, etc. and it is usually do to jealousy. It certainly is up front and foremost in my expression, being Conjunct the Ascendant as well. My family are a mean bunch... IP: Logged |

Do you have good aspects to it, that could mitigate?I have Saturn in Trine Doubly Domicile and Stationary, so I dealt with it by leaning to the strengths of the more Traditional Values and Family Members. Do you have recourse to assistance from other aspects? They will help you get through. IP: Logged |

Well I have jupiter trine MC, semi-sextile moon and quintile mercury so maybe that helps? I also have Gemini moon in 12th trine my NN. IP: Logged |

Certainly.I seem to remember that you had Anaretic Venus-Ruled as well. Really, you have to take many things into account when figuring out your chart. Eventually, it all comes together in your mind. IP: Logged |

It could mean you are not getting what you need out of your partnerships. You crave balance and Jupiter in Cancer is not about balance at all, it's about excess. You could live big and regret it later when fighting over it with your partner. There could unrealistic expectations. You could bite off more than you can chew which will cause stress at home. Your emotions will be affected.

I keeep on talking and blabbering and thinking and verbalizing, and I usualy know what is the ruth of all the thoughts I blurt out, by the way it resonates. Could be. Your partnerships would take center stage in your life with this combination and you will devote a lot of time working through them. Other Libra areas, too. Libra is also about law, justice, war and peace. Politics, too. Social causes, especially if they involve wars. Lawyers. Also weddings and such. Like, if you were a wedding planner. Maybe even interior design with your fourth house.
Marriage counselor, too, like if you decided to have a career as a counselor. Beautician, or cosmetician. There is a lot of ground to cover with this sign and Jupiter/Cancer/Fourth is all about homes, foundations, emotions. Food, maybe? I think of someone who makes those beautiful $500 dollar cakes. They are expensive and lovely to look at, complicated to create. Very Venusian, Jupiterian, Libran and Cancerian combined.
