could you give some examples? The reason I asked is because I think I have a Cap Asc instead of a Sag but I'm not exactly sure

You need to look at where your Jupiter is placed, the house and sign.

If you think you're a Cap rising then look to where Saturn is placed, house and sign.

Start with the basics and see which seems to fit you. Then look at the aspects to your Jupiter and the aspects to your Saturn.

You may be thinking that you're a Cap ascendant because of that Sun in Aquarius which is what I assume "Aquarius with a Capricorn rising" means. Aquarius can take on both sides of Saturn since Saturn is it's traditional ruler, either being very out there, shocking, etc. Or Aquarians can take on the professional, dogmatic side of Saturn. They can even switch between those two sides of Saturn. It all depends on the placements of Saturn/Uranus in sign and house, as well as the aspects to them.

List your placements and see if that can help us direct you further.
