Without taking the houses they rule into account and based on their general meaning, I'd say that your romantic needs are at odds with your sexual needs. You may want something deep and significant on an emotional level but at the same time feel unable to be attracted sexually to people who are close to you emotionally. Maybe you have trouble feeling "emotionally connected" to the people you find attractive and vice versa. There can be a big desire for romance and love in general but you may have a love / hate dynamic going on, if someone doesn't satisfy you on every level, you can become quite angry / frustrated and your feelings sort of "switch" from positive to negative.
There could be a tendency to idealize potential partners as well.
Careful not to put them on a pedestal and then get mad at them when they fail at meeting your every need!
