What to expect? I've heard it changes your belief system, I've got a feeling it's not going to be pretty.

I suppose it affected it, and altered it for a while, but I’m basically still me.

I had trans Plu/Sag conj natal Jup/Sag when I started varsity.I don't know if its the same thing?

My sister had trans Pluto in Cap square her natal Jupiter Ari when she decided to do a course in Boilermaking.

My friend had Trans Plu in Cap square natal Jupiter when he travelled the country with his boyfriend and the bf's friends.

What I think this transit does is increase the "bubble box" or (at worst) to burst it noisily.Either way however, your life may expand.

In my case,it expanded to include those that were of differing cultural/ethnic backgrounds in varsity. The res became the the melting pot of cultural cohesion.

Perhaps with the square one experiences some resistance? There could be some perceptions that are challenged?

The world being introduced disagrees with known principles or beliefs one holds dear.Or some challenges with intergrating self with others.

I know of my Mom changed her religious beliefs with this transit. She became ultra fanatical.

I became the opposite. I stopped believing in anything good - it took a while, but it happened. Uranus square Pluto was happening at the same time. When Uranus was conjunct my Jupiter, we got into a car accident. A lot more was happening, but I won't go into it.

I'm not sure what I believe now. My world was upended, but there was a lot more going on transit-wise. I have Jupiter opposed Pluto natally, with a wide-ish square to Saturn. It's a sh*t show for me, whenever something like that moves through the cardinal planets, or hits early mutable.

There's no point anticipating the negative. There's no such picture pre-painted for you with this transit or any other. Yes, there will be challenges with most any square, but it is very important to understand this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

When the planet of deep change and empowerment (Pluto) makes its transit square to the natal position of the planet of expansion (Jupiter) there can be a boosting of confidence and desire to expand one's life in the direction that feels most empowering. It can create a lot of momentum, a drive for success or achievement. An optimistic drive can be built up during this transit that is quite enjoyable.

The main negative potential is of overreaching, over-expanding, taking on too much, getting too involved in too many things because the drive and enthusiasm are so high. Another is arrogance that you are superior or somehow you can't lose (gambler's fever). Both can be destructive, of course, but are how you are personally responding to this combination of planetary energies, not what the planets are doing to you. But such responses would create some setbacks or even injure relationships with coworkers, intimates, etc. So during the transit it is important not to see everything short of an all-out effort as weak and useless. Compromise and measured responses (moderation in all things) are still relevant ethics. Some people may run into legal or political problems during this transit, but most of the time those will be due to the aforementioned negative tendencies this transit can bring out in persons not attuned to balance (moderation in all things). Some people who are already unbalanced enough may throw their lives out of balance to an extreme during this transit.

If you apply the energies of this transit to your own life in such a way you take greater, more confident responsibility for it (to rejuvenate your optimism and capacity for living) then there is little need for concern. If you allow the confidence to turn into arrogance and become pushy, preachy, or dominating with others, then expect push-back. If you know little or nothing of balance generated from the inside this transit can be a period in which obsessiveness and cravings grow.

Yes, it is possible that some of your beliefs will change, but probably only the beliefs you feel are holding you back unnecessarily. This transit in some charts will have to power to really reveal who you are and what you really believe, so that you may have a more honest assessment of these attitudes and qualities once the transit is over and you can see what you've left in your wake.

That can also happen. One could go the other way and alter belief systems.

I find the mix of Jup & Sat to be BIG on sticking with what one grew up knowing. Plu added in there could be fanatical & want complete commitment to them.

So I think a transit of Uranus may throw a spanner in the works? This especially if there was an initial opposition from Pluto. As Pluto is extremes-on both ends.

So with this opposition there was a chance for you to go either way on the extreme scale.

Maybe Uranus just encouraged the belief system to be abandoned? But perhaps for another whom has the same aspect, it encouraged more in-depth attachment?

Trans Pluto opp my Uran was a time when Mom was in hospital. It was "touch and go" at the time. Things were quite serious.

My parents seem to be connected with my natal Uranus tbh. Transits to my natal Uranus speak mostly of them. Sometimes literally. And by extension my lineage.

Trans Sat was sqaure natal Uranus in Sag in 96 when I had a car accident. It sponsored a decision for us to move closer to schools they wanted us to be educated in.

Trans Uran in Pisc square natal Uranus in 2007 was the preparation for the big house move after Mom got a post.Add to that, trans Sat in Virgo was squaring my natal Uranus at the time when it happened.

Another example was when trans Sat in Sag and Nep in Pis was on my Uran in Sag. Mom had some moral dilemma. But eventually chose to tell the truth that changed things for me and Dad permanently.

Trans Jup in Sag hit my natal Uran in Sag and Dad retired. It affected my Mom directly because he was around the house more than usual.

Dad also got a huge payout(I think that that is in keeping with Jup). My sisters and I (by association) did also benefit.

Mom's natal Sun is conj my natal Uranus. So whatever transits happen to me, affect her directly. And by consequence my Dad too(by association of marriage to Mom)

Anyways, back to the issue at hand.

Trans Ura in Tau opp Natal Pluto(co-ruler of the 8th)in Sco right now. This perhaps is opening me up to strong sexual impulses that come on very suddenly?

I am progressively getting "turned on" by people who are not traditionally my "type". Fantasies about people with certain quirks or unconventional looks are intense. But I don't act on them.

Uranus will then opp Sat(ruler of 10th) and Venus(ruler of 7th). Perhaps there will be even more eccentric behaviour in attractions? Can't say.

Interestingly, Uranus is in the 8th house natally. I have always been "open" to these attractions anyways. But nothing quite like what the transit is introducing.

Uranus will oppose natal Uranus in the future when it enters Gemini. And I suspect that those will be interesting times. Lol.

Uranus is bored with "what is" in my experience. So it seems to change that.

So if in the 7th house for instance,it could have you looking at other people as attractive instead of only at a certain "type" from your known country.
