Topic: How to read synastry and composite between you and your parents

I was wondering about this...I have a some pretty awesome synastry and composite aspects with both my parents. However, when I go to look what most of those mean, I keep getting "love at first sight", "instant attraction" and such. I'd like to know how to read them in a loving, platonic, parent-child relationship. Any imput is welcome! IP: Logged |

It's a good basis, and I just think this means that your parents and you get on very well and that there haven't been any big problems with home?I think you can also look at the natal chart where the moon represent the relationship with your mother and saturn your father. Good aspects between these planets and your sun indicates a good influence, bad ones indicates that you either see your parents as an (annoying) authority figure, or that there wasn't really there for you, or you felt you couldn't talk openly about your feelings. It could also simply indicate that they wasn't there physically because of work/other things as you wanted them to be. IP: Logged |

I wouldn't say we didn't have problems at home, but the feelings they have for me and I have for them has always spoken louder for us. So I should look at my own chart for an idea of what our relationship is like instead of synastry and composite, like I would with anyone else? IP: Logged | |
