Where can I let this energy out? Whenever someone tries a petty drama with me I want to steamroll their face into a concrete floor. Anyone else feel like this? I feel like a volcano ready to erupt.

Listen to rap music or heavy metal. Dance. Being physically active helps me release that energy and calm me down while smothering me in luscious endorphins. If you're not calm yet after working out… keep working out. I think Mars / Pluto people need to exhaust themselves physically to be honest.

I feel like an alien now But maybe it's a matter of the orb. Mine is wide. If I were you I'd go for martial arts.

I'm with hannaramaa.
I have both conjunct Asc and that's what I do! It works. I go to a gym but basically I just work out. I go hard!

You have to get mental with your workout too. I really put focus on letting that energy out through my arms and legs.... hands and feet. It's almost like I can feel it coming out. I focus and just push harder than I normally would.

I have a wide Mars-Pluto opposition. I think I'm pretty good at controlling my temper, but I usually turn to "hard" music or breathing exercises if I must.

Though, about a month ago, I got incredibly upset at myself -- the most upset, I think, I have ever been -- and after some self-destructive behaviour (bad), I decided to throw a small empty box at the window. In the end, I made myself go to bed because you can't do much when you're asleep. If I ever get that angry again, I think I'll just hit the gym.

I have the cojunction in Scorpio. As with all things Scorpio, it just bubbles under the surface which allows me to release in a more controlled manner.

Usually by playing competitive video games and being your steoreotypical insulting player. It might be childish and petty, but helps release steam in a safe way.

I have a tendency to repress my anger.
But I'm working on expressing it in a healthy way (which is usally crying since anger is often the direct by-product of hurt feelings; sometimes I write it out or talk about it - "vent").

Mars fire signs have it easy. They don't keep it in.
Mars water signs repress anger. It ends up injuring them.
Mars air signs probably distract themselves with something.
Mars earth signs keep quiet about it until one day, a volcanic eruption happens. That's for Taurus at least. Not sure about the other two.

General advice is the same for all. Take that energy and exercise (running, dancing, basketball). If you are more on the creative side, yeah writing/painting might help.

Mars trine Pluto here

ASC on the Mars-Pluto midpoint.

I have learned to deal with everything on my own. Walk, think, draw, cook, whatever. It's all my own baggage anyway.

Mars conjunct Pluto (in Libra, second house) here.

This aspect presents itself in the form of stamina in my case. I could always run, walk or swim incredibly long distances. I've never been particularly fast, but what I can do is just go on and on forever. I seem to get into a rhythm and that's it, there's no stopping me. Think Forest Gump! Quite how you manage these energies depends on how they manifest themselves, I guess.

What hannaramaa says about Mars/Pluto people needing to exhaust themselves certainly rings true for me. It's a hard thing to do though as all that happens, in my case at least, is that hard physical work seems to make me feel very hot under the collar and ready for several hours more hard work, this time of the carnal variety. It's not until that particular energy has been discharged that I actually feel at peace.
