So, what happens if someone has a great/major (maybe even romantic) aspect with someone else, but they're both straight and the same gender???

Usually I see things like, "it would be better if so and so was a woman," so.

I mean, I'm a gay male and my Sun and Venus falls into this straight guy I just befriended recently's 1st House.

I find him highly attractive, but I just want to be friends. If he's straight, what does he think of me? He likes to poke fun at me, but I just find it super flirtatious.

That's complicated.
I can't really say for sure, but astrologically ime there is possibility of attraction between those who identify as 100 percent heterosexual. Maybe both are repressing their latent homosexual feelings for one another.
Saying I wish you were a woman or a man is a complete copout

In your case, you'll just have to be smart and very observant.
Is there anything else he does besides tease you? Like subtle gestures maybe intimate eye contact?

Honestly if I feel a "straight" guy is even slightly flirting with me I'll just ask.. because I have pretty accurate instincts about people.
however I wouldn't always recommend that because sometimes it completely backfired on me.
Why be friends with people who are so insecure? I can't deal with your repressed sexuality.

I don't know if this will help you out or not, but I'll try.

My best friend. It's just the most incredible friendship to me, and to him.
We're both straight, with no question, no doubt.

But we have thought, "I wish one of us was a woman." I've actually thought that seriously and we've had discussions about it even. It just seems like it would be perfect.

At the end of the day though... neither of us is. Neither of us is homosexual or bi-sexual. Neither of us would even budge at all about that. It'll never happen.

I think it ends up that we seek out a S.O. that we can feel a connection that meets that quality and closeness.
But there's just nothing romantic there that we would realistically consider.

EDIT: Also, in this case. I think on my end it's venus at work, conjunct his sun/mercury. I still love him. I find him "beautiful" as a person, as a human being. I have a strong love for him, very strong but it's not romantic. I see the beauty of just who he is as a complete person.

But you know, everyone is different. Every chart is different, aspects, etc.

So there are feelings however you are not sexually attracted to each others bodies, Which is common, maybe if one of you (probably the virgo) got a convincing sex change LOL.

I've had friendships where I see them as siblings. So the idea was not even in my head.

LOL Yeah.

We definitely see each other as siblings but it's kind of like.... we "settled" on that because we're just not attracted to each others bodies.
But you know, it has no effect on dating, etc, etc. There's no "attachment" other than brotherhood.
If anything was different from a sexual standpoint... oh I'm sure. lol

EDIT: And he'd be one ugly a*s woman... holy shi.....

I did have a friend who went on about that "I wish you were chick, we have so much in common" spiel..
So I was like lets kiss and see if you feel anything. It was going well until my lack of breasts got to him LMFAO...
He probably looks back at his college experience like WTF.
I'm glad i get to be someones repressed memory or unwanted wet dream.

Not so much anymore but at that time we were still friends or whatever.
I found it all so amusing and I just assured him he's 100 attracted to females. We were both civil and went out with our lives as if nothing really weird happened.

I find it interesting how his heart told him I was a suitable mate yet his mind was telling him I can not produce offspring.
There's nothing wrong with that, humans are animals after all, right?
I find this fact very humbling that we are just animals.. but we don't throw feces at each other... well nvm we do in brown paper bags.. lit on fire.

Yep!

And I've seen things drawn with feces. I'm just like, "Dude! I'd have gotten you something to draw with!"

For me, I'm not really an anything man. (like boob man, etc) I like all types of women but I'm either attracted or not on a completely individual basis.

With that said though. I don't think it would have been lack of breasts as my turn off. It would have been the second penis.

Ha I don't think it was going to make an unexpected appearance that night. But breasts are fun to fondle while making out, so it makes sense.
I guess as they say once is an instance twice is a hobby LOL

idk I just love human genitals..
For some reason I blame that on Venus square jupiter, it's like more2luv..
I don't even have a preference, I've like sat down and tried to figure out what I like physically..
As long as someone interesting and attractive in a way that grabs my attention. I guess being easy on the eyes helps.

My gay friend is sexually attracted to me and I'm female. We have Mars square Mars and Venus conj Pluto in Scorpio exact.
It can happen!

Kero - I don't find being an animal humbling. I'm so proud of it
But that's probably just because I'm anti religious-type thinking regarding animals.

I'm not sure where the whole 'throwing feces at each other' saying originated - but it seems kind of demeaning to animals.

Planet placements in others' first house means you make them feel better about themselves. That's why they enjoy being around you. I have this with platonic friends.

Whether there's any attraction depends on the chemistry aspect.
