I know a male friend who cross-dress as a hobby. I don't know his ASC but I know he is Libra heavy and I get some Aqua vibe from him too. very airy and cheerful.

I like to dress as a man. Suit and tie and everything. I wouldn't even know what aspect to give you.

Venus is semi-square Neptune and in 11H. Mars is conjunct Asc in Virgo and Mercury is in 11H.
Sun is semi-square Neptune and in 11H.

If it is just a straight guy who likes to wear women's clothing, look at Ed Wood's chart. That might give some clues.

However, if it someone's basic sexuality that is manifesting itself through crossdressing; I don't know what to tell you.

Just to put this out there: I am an LGBTQ ally and human rights is sort of a big deal to me. I am also an atheist. No Abrahamic (sp?) religion is in sync with human rights.

I think it's related to the moon..
Plus it's a feminine planet.
I say the moon because most children play dress up when they're young.
I know I did.
somehow I feel cross dressing (excluding gender expression) is connected to that childhood game.
To be another person. Moon/neptune. Drag for example.
Maybe moon-venus to impersonate a woman.

I don't why people associate cross dressing or homosexuality with negative aspects as if it is a negative thing... hmm

Moon in air sign or aspecting Uranus.

Mars in air sign or aspecting Uranus(square , opposition and conjunction)

Moon is what we feel "comfortable" doing and Mars is manner of outward expression and personal conviction.

I know a Mars in Aquarius friend who doesn't like to dress conventionally. What I mean is, he doesn't like to dress the way everyone is dressing and likes to follow unconventional styles.He is also very effeminate.

I've also noticed that macho wrestlers of WWE and the like also dabble in cross-dressing. But this is not seen as a reflection of their sexuality as the arena of expression is a "manly" field of sports and entertainment.

These guys wear make-up, wigs, outrageous colourful outfits all in the name of "entertainment".

I have moon opposite Neptune and although I would not turn my nose at dressing as a man, it's not first on my list of priorities and I do not go out of my way to do it.

If there was a reason for me to do so, I wouldn't have a problem with it.

Are you asking about cross dresser who is public about it or private? I know one person, male, very private about it. This person used to be involved with theater. Likes wearing women's tights and shoes. I will have to look at chart but I'm not sure of the AC.
