I've read somewhere that people with square aspects for Pluto tend to attract people who square their Pluto.

Assuming you have Mars square Pluto natally, and your partner's Mars squares your Pluto.

Would it be better to have a Mars-Mars conjunction synastry or Mars opposite Mars synastry to resolve the unpleasant hard aspect?
