I think it can be for any placement! The Suns are just the most glorious I suppose since it's, u kno, the Sun and all lmfao!

It's all energy and you either work with it or drown in it. It's possible to evolve some of your chart while not evolving (or even degrading) other parts.

Yes though I think the Scorpio moon is the hardest to evolve because your moon the most natural self

Scorpio moon has both pluses and minuses. They can be amplified. Kinda want to keep the pluses and minimize the minuses. The toughest part of having this moon is when their family is really deplorable and treats them terribly. It's not always the case. It can be.
People want to step in and "rescue" them but they won't allow it and tend to resent it.

From what I seen, they have evolved when they can step away from the influence of their family and look at themselves objectively, developing the filter to see what is destructive, what isn't and keep what isn't, let go of the destructive tendencies because they are very influenced by their upbringing and tend to lack objectivity.
