Topic: Feeling disconnected from society

What causes this? I find society really boring, depressing, too many flaws. I'm talking about People's obsession with money, consumerism, greed, ignorance and social injustice and prejudice. I just feel like I cannot be a part of something that seems so pointless to me, I don't want to be a part of it. I wish to live with a soulmate on a relaxing island in the middle of nowhere away from it all and be myself, a happy simple life, not being sick in a sick society.I have Neptune and Uranus in 3rd so my thinking is different from other people a lot of the time. It's the outer planets, your sun is ruled by Jupiter, too. I have one planet in Sagittarius, I can understand where you are coming from. It just seems so meaningless. Maybe that's a Sagittarian dilemma because I feel disenchanted quite often, or, it could be Neptune since it rules disillusionment. Sounds like you have some disillusionment with life. IP: Logged |

I know EXACTLY what you mean. There was one particular time in my life where I felt this in a very extreme way. I have Neptune 3rd natally and Uranus 2nd. I was looking at transits for back then. I'm not the best at this sort of thing honestly, but I notice I had T-Uranus square Uranus. T-Neptune square Uranus There might be other things for all I know from back then.
I definitely understand the feeling even now, but I wouldn't say that I feel disconnected. What's going on with your transits? IP: Logged |

Pluto is squaring my Jupiter in the 12th, and will be for a few years.

Hehe years ago I used to have that exact same wish, to just go to the middle of nowhere or some remote place (preferably Tristan da Cunha). But then I started to kinda like society. However, when it gets too much, I retreat to my home and my mind.I have Neptune and Uranus in the 12th. IP: Logged |

I find society toxic for my spiritual well being, being made to feel not good enough, working for some fake lies and ideologies of who I am. It's nearly impossible to go out into society and just be yourself and be accepted. I need to find a bunch of hippies  IP: Logged |

I'm somewhat at similar point too. I feel like I am obligated to dodo etching for the world but I already plan to go to an island or forest when I'm old so no one can find me

Many Aquas are hippies, political activists. I think there are two types of Aquas ... As with everything we are weird contradictions of Saturn and Uranus energy.
