Maynard James Keenan.

He was born April 17, 1964. He has a Cancer Moon and an Aries Mars, as well as being an Aries sun.

I'm baffled on his ascendant as he has had many looks throughout his career. From what I can tell he is very private about his personal life and only pays attention to his music and puts all his feelings into the songs.

Interesting and I can see it. Virgo potentially puts Pluto on his ascendant. He has Venus in Gemini which is square to pluto, and the Virgo ASC may put Venus on his MC.

maynard is amazing. i've seen him perform live many times.
a magnificent performer.

he actually has there interests beyond music…he owns a vineyard and makes fine wine, and is propriotor of a little organic market.

virgo could work, he does get **** done. but i feel like he could also be sag or leo asc…he's very fiery and enigmatic. he could also be gemini rising as he has many personas and has a gift with words.

i would love to know for sure!

To me has very glassed over eyes, and they are sometimes very intense looking. I don't see Scorpio though, but I will say I think his eyes do seem like they are harboring pain and intensity sometimes, as I said he is not a very open person and hard to interview etc. He's also fairly sarcastic and likes playing with people.

I mean look at the first photo, and his eyes. Also he changes appearances a lot so he can lead a normal life outside of music.

StrandedSaturn, have you seen his winery documentary?
It's a great to see him outside of the music realm.
I think he's grown and changed so much from the 'angry' Tool years…to me, he know seems quite content and happy with life. he's also being very comedic in performances and interviews.

agreed that his eyes have great depths. and i'd vote for pisces over cancer. he definitely has mutable energy.
and his moon is in cancer.

if he is a virgo rising, then pluto conjunct asc would account for these deep, mysterious eyes.

An interesting thing is, he intimidates people. He was in the military, and yet he has a soft thing going on with him as well as compassion in his lyrics. He's fairly short also. I'm not sure if he was ever into drugs, but that APC album seems to hint towards drugs. He seems very relaxed all the time and like he's thinking, rather than communicating. His lyrics can be sarcastic and biting, if you see Neptune in him he could have it on his ascendant.

If it's Virgo, then he more than likely has Saturn in the 7th house, which I personally find very fitting. Even if Saturn falls into the 6th it's fitting.
