I can't say I understand the science behind this, but I did a lot of sports in HS and we had a dietitian lecture us several times about digestion, proper meal times/portions and the way to best burn (or not) calories. He also told us that mixing different types of meat or fish or cheeses together (I mean type 1 meat/type 2 meat, not meats, fish, cheese a together) because our body can't digest them properly, so a bunch of nutrients are lost, and whatever is digested is stored as fat.

I have a problem with my hair too,if its not perfect I CAN scream but I might also not depending on my mood.I also have a hades moon which makes me obsess over my weight and such ._.

This is interesting how you guys are all saying how much you love your hair I know a Leo ascendant and he HATES his hair, he just wears hats all the time mostly; cant bear for it to be touched only goes to the same female hair stylist because she's the only one he feels comfortable with. Weird lol, when I first met him and found out what his rising sign is, I expected his hair to be his obsession. I was totally surprised when I noticed how much he hated it. He has Libra venus, 3rd house.

On second thoughts though, I know 2 Leo rising girls and they're both completely in love with their hair, always flipping it around like life is a shampoo commercial one has Leo venus and the other has Taurus venus.
